S.R.O. 33.—WHEREAS the Central Government is of the opinion that for the purpose of the departmental
inquiry relating to Shri M.K.T. Gowda, Senior Civilian Staff Officer Retd.), it is necessary to summon IC-46247 A
Lt. Col. Manoj Jakhar (Retd.) as witness.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section4 of the Departmental
Inquiries (Enforcement of Attendance of Witness and Production of Documents) Act, 1972 (18 of 1972), the Central
Government hereby authorize IC 46695 Col. Atul Dimri, the inquiring authority to exercise the power specified in
Section 5 of the said Act in relation to departmental inquiry held against Shri M.K.T. Gowda, Senior Civilian Staff
Officer(Retd.).
