और (ii) जजनके ृास स्ट्तम्भ (7) के अधीन सीधे भती के जलए जवजहत िैजक्षक अहता ाएं और अनुभव हो। रटप्ृण- 1 : प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजध, जजसके अंतगात केन्रीय सरकार के उसी या दकसी अन्य संगठन या जवभाग में इस जनयुजि से ठीक ृहले धाररत दकसी अन्य काडर बाहृय ृद ृर प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजध ह ैसाधारणतया 3 वषा से अजधक नहीं होगी। रटप्ृण 2:- प्रजतजनयुजि द्वारा जनयुजि के जलए अजधकतम आयु सीमा आवेदन प्राप्त करने की अंजतम तारीख को 56 वषा से अजधक नहीं होगी। सिस्त्र बल कार्थमकों के जलए प्रजतजनयुजि या ृुनर्थनयोजन: सिस्त्र बल के ऐसे कार्थमकों के संबंध में प्रजतजनयुजि के जलए भी जवचार दकया जाएगा, जो एक वषा की अवजध के भीतर सेवाजनवृत होने वाले ह ैया ररजवा में स्ट्थानांतररत दकए जाने वाले ह ैंऔर जजनके ृास प्रजतजनयुजियों के जलए जवजहत अहता ाएं और अनुभव है। यदद ऐसे अजधकाररयों का चयन हो जाता है, तो उन्ह ेंउस तारीख तक प्रजतजनयजु ि के जनबंधनों ृर रखा जाएगा जजस तारीख से उनह ेसिस्त्र बल से जनमुाि दकया जाना ह ैऔर तत्ृश्चात उन्ह ेंृुनर्थनयोजन ृर बने रहने ददया जा सकता ह।ै294 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : APRIL 26, 2025/VAISAKHA 6, 1947 [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] यदद जवभागीय प्रोन्न जत सजमजत ह,ै तो उसकी सरं चना। भती करन े में दकन ृररजस्ट्थजतयों म ें सघं लोक सवे ा आयोग स े ृरामि ा दकया जाएगा। (12) (13) समूह ‘ग’ जवभागीय ृुजष्ट सजमजत (ृुजष्ट के संबंध में जवचार करने के जलए) जजसमें जनम् नजलजखत होंगे :- 1. महाजनदिे क (अजििमन सेवा, नागररक सुरक्षा एवं गृह रक्षक) - अध्यक्ष; लागू नहीं होता। 2. उृ महाजनदिे क या अजििमन सलाहकार, महाजनदिे ालय (अजििमन, नागररक सुरक्षा एवं गृह रक्षक) - सदस्ट्य; 3. गृह मंत्रालय के प्रजतजनजध -सदस्ट्य। [फा. स.ं I-12014/4/2023- एडी(सीडी)] आर. के. अहलुवाजलया, उृ सजचव MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS New Delhi, the 15th April, 2025 G.S.R. 44.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Dispatch Rider in the Directorate General (Fire Service, Civil Defence and Home Guards) under the Ministry of Home Affairs, namely :- 1. Short title and commencement.-(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, Directorate General (Fire Service, Civil Defence and Home Guards), Dispatch Rider (Group ‘C’ Post) Recruitment Rules, 2025. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.-The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule. 4. Disqualification.- No person,- (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 5. Power to relax.-Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 6. Short title and commencement. − (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Earth Sciences, India Meteorological Department, Scientist- ‘B’ (Group ‘A’ Gazetted post) Recruitment Rules, 2025. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of posts, classification and the level in the pay matrix. − The number of said posts, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3.
