या (ii) जिन्िोंने मलू काडर या जवभाग में वेतन मैट्ररक्स के स्ट्तर 9 (53100-167800/रू) या समतुल्य म ें जनयजमत आिार पर जनयुजि के पश्चात उस श्रेणी म ेंिो वष ि की सेवा की ि;ै या (iii) जिन्िोंने मूल काडर या जवभाग में वेतन मैट्ररक्स के स्ट्तर 8 (47600-151100/रू) या समतुल्य म ें जनयजमत आरआर पर जनयुजि के पश्चात उस क्षणे ी में चार वष ि की सेवा की ि;ै और (ख) जिनके पास जनम्नजलजखत िैजक्षक अिति ाए ं और अनुभव ि:ै - आवश्यक: (i) दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जवश्वजविालय या संस्ट्थान से बैचलर जडग्री। (ii) बैंककारी क्षेत्र में जनरीक्षण या सतकिता या प्रचालन का तीन वष ि का अनुभव। वांछनीय:- (i) दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जवश्वजविालय या संस्ट्थान से जवजि म ेंबैचलर जडग्री।या; (ii) भारतीय चाटिडि एकाउंटेंट संस्ट्थान के सिस्ट्यों के रजिस्ट्टर म ें नामांकन के जलए मान्यता प्राप्त अिति ा। (iii) भारतीय बैंककारी संस्ट्थान का प्रमाजणत सियोगी। ट्रटप्पण 1:– प्रजतजनयुजि (जिसके अंतगति अल्पकाजलक संजविा भी ि)ै की अवजि, जिसके अंतगति केन्द्रीय सरकार के उसी या दकसी अन्य संगठन या जवभाग में इस जनयुजि से ठीक पिल े िाट्ररत दकसी अन्य काडर बाह्य पि पर प्रजतजनयुजि (जिसके अतं गति अल्पकाजलक संजविा भी ि)ै की अवजि ि ै सािारणतया तीन वषि से अजिक निीं िोगी।440 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : MAY 31, 2025/JYAISHTHA 10, 1947 [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] ट्रटप्पण 2:– प्रजतजनयुजि द्वारा जनयुजि के जलए अजिकतम आयु सीमा आवेिन प्राप्त करने की अंजतम तारीख को 56 वषि से अजिक निीं िोगी। [फा. स.ं 213/3/2023-एवीडी—II] सत्यम श्रीवास्ट्तव, अवर सजचव MINISTRY OF PERSONNEL, PUBLIC GRIEVANCES AND PENSION (Departmental Of Personnel And Training) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 23rd May, 2025 G.S.R. 70.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in supersession of the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Personnel and Training, Central Bureau of Investigation, Technical Advisory Unit (Banking), Group-‘A’ and Group ‘B’ Posts Recruitment Rules, 2013, in so far as they relates to the post of Deputy Advisor(Banking) except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Deputy Advisor (Banking) in the Central Bureau of Investigation in the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Personnel and Training, namely:– 1. Short title and commencement.– (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Personnel and Training, Central Bureau of Investigation, Deputy Advisor (Banking) Group 'A' Post Recruitment Rules, 2025. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of posts, classification and level in Pay Matrix.– The number of the post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.– The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule. 4. Disqualification.– No person,– (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 5. Power to relax.– Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 6. Note 1: The period of deputation (including short- term contract) including period of deputation (including short-term contract) in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organisation or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not to exceed three years.
