S.R.O. 7.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President
hereby makes the following rules to amend the Armed Forces Medical Stores Depot, Store Officer (Civilian) Group ‘B’
Gazetted, Recruitment Rules, 2014, namely: -
1. Short title and Commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Armed Forces Medical Stores Depot, Store
Officer (Civilian) Group ‘B’ Gazetted, Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2020.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Armed Forces Medical Stores Depot, Store Officer (Civilian) Group ‘B’ Gazetted “Recruitment Rules
2014” (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), for rule 3, the following rule shall be substituted, namely: -
“3. Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix. - The number of posts, their
classifications and the level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the
Schedule annexed to these rules.”;
3. In the said rules, in the Schedule, -
(a) in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following column heading and
entries shall be substituted, namely: -
“Level in Pay Matrix
(4)
Level 7
