ा (ii) जिन्िोंने मूल कजडर ा जवभाग में उस श्रेणी म ें वेतन मजंरक में स्ट्तर 10 (56100-177500 रु0) ा समतुल् में जन जमत आिार ृर उस ृि ृर जन ुजि के ृश्चात् उस श्रेणी में ृाँि वषग की सेवा की िो; और ( ) जिनके ृास जनम नजलज त िजजक्षक अितग ाएँ और अनुभव िों : (i) दकसी मान् ता प्राप्त जवजश्वद्याल ा संस्ट् ान से कंप् ूटर उृ ोिन में स्नातकोत्तर की जडग्री ा कंप् ूटर जवज्ञान में स्नातकोत्तर/सूिना प्रौद्योजगकी; ा (ii) दकसी मान् ता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्याल ा संस्ट् ान में कंप् ूटर इंिीजन ररंग ा कंप् ूटर जवज्ञान ा कंप् ूटर प्रौद्योजगकी ा कंप् ूटर जवज्ञान और इंिीजन ररंग ा सूिना प्रौद्योजगकी में इिीजन ररंग मे स्नातक ा तकनीकी में स्नातक; और (iii) दकसी सरकारी का ागल ा ृजललक सेक्टर उृक्मों ा स्ट्वा त्त जनका ा कानूनी जनका अ वा दकसी मान् ता प्राप्त संस्ट् ा में का गक्मण ा सूिना तंत्र के क्माििे न और सूिना प्रणाली, (जडिाइन, कंप् ूटरीकषत सूिना संग्रि और ृुनः प्राजप्त प्रणाली के जवकास एवं संिाजलत करने) में ृाँि वषग का का ागनुभव। ंटप्ृण 1 : ऐसे जवभागी प्रणाली जवश्लेषक, जिन्िोंने वेतन स्ट्तर में स्ट्तर-10 (56100-177500) की उस श्रेणी में ृाँि वषग जन जमत सेवा की ि,ज बािर वालों के सा जविार दक ा िाएगा और उसके ृि ृर जन ुजि के जलए ि न दकए िाने की ििा में वि ृि प्रोन्नजत ्ारा भरा ग ा समझा िाएगा।724 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : AUGUST 7, 2021/SRAVANA 16, 1943 [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] ंटप्ृण 2 : प्रजतजन ुजि (जिसके अंतगगत अल्ृकाजलक संजविा भी ि)ज की अवजि, जिसके अंतगगत केंरी सरकार के उसी ा दकसी अन् संग न/जवभाग में इस जन ुजि से ीक ृिले िांरत दकसी अन् कजडर बाह्य ृि ृर प्रजतजन ुजि (जिसके अंतगगत अल्ृकाजलक संजविा भी ि)ज की अवजि ि,ज सािारणत ा िार वषग से अजिक निीं िोगी। ंटप्ृण 3 : प्रजतजन जु ि (जिसके अंतगगत अल्ृकाजलक संजविा भी ि)ज ृर जन ुजि के जलए अजिकतम आ ु-सीमा आवेिने प्राप्त करने की अंजतम तारी को 56 वषग से अजिक निीं िोगी। [फा. सं. ए-12018/01/2016- प्रिा. 1] सविे कुमार आ ग, जनििे क CABINET SECRETARIAT (RASHTRAPATI BHAVAN) New Delhi, the 28th July, 2021 G.S.R. 88.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Cabinet Secretariat Senior System Analyst, Recruitment Rules, 2017 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Sr. System Analyst in the Cabinet Secretariat, namely: - 1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Cabinet Secretariat Sr. System Analyst, Group ‘A’ Post, Recruitment Rules, 2021. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix.—The number of post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualification, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule. 4. Disqualification.—No person,- (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any other person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect of any class or category of persons. 6. Note 1: The Departmental System Analyst in level – 10 (Rs. 56100-177500/-) in the pay matrix with five years regular service in the grade will also be considered along with outsiders and in case he or she is selected for appointment to the post, the same shall be deemed to have been filled up by promotion. Note 2: The period of deputation (including short-term contract) including the period of deputation (including short-term contract) in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed four years. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, Central Academy for Police Training, Bhopal, Computer Operator (Group-B), Recruitment Rules, 2021. Number of post, classification and pay level in the pay matrix.—The number of post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule hereto annexed to these rules. 3. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the National Institute of Fisheries Post Harvest Technology and Training, Kochi, Director (Group ‘A’) Recruitment Rules,2021. Note 1.- The Departmental Deputy Director (Processing and Marketing) in level 11 (Rs.67,700/--2,08,700/-) in the pay matrix with five years regular service in the grade and possessing qualifications at (b) (i) shall also be considered alongwith the outsiders and in case he is selected for appointment to the post, the same shall be deemed to have been filled on promotion. Note 2.-The Departmental Officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation.
