National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi, Bench -III by the said Company. The name and address of the Petitioner is as captioned above, and the same was presented through its advocates Atul Dua, Gayatri Verma and Ashutosh Chandola having their office at Block ‘F’, Second Floor, International Trade Towers, Nehru Place, New Delhi – 110019.
