ृंरवार कल्याण मत्रं ालय, केन्रीय कुष्ठ जिक्षण और अनुसंधान संस्ट्थान, िंेंगलृट्टु, सहायक भौजतक जिंदकत्सक (समूह ‘ग’ ृद) भती जनयम, 2022 ह।ज 7878 GI/2022 (1127)1128 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : DECEMBER 10, 2022/AGRAHAYANA 19, 1944 [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] (2) ये रािृत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे। 2. ृद की स्‍ं या, वगीकरण और वते न मंज रक्स म ें स्ट्त र– उि ृद की सं्‍या, उसका वगीकरण और इससे सलं ग् न वेतन मजंरक् स में स्ट् तर वह होगा िो इन जनयमों से उृाबद्ध अनसु ूिंी के स्ट्तंभ(2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्ददष्ट ह।ज 3. भती की ृद्धजत, आय ु सीमा, अहतग ाएं, आदद– उि ृद ृर भती की ृद्धजत, आयु जववाह दकया ह ज या जववाह की संजवदा की ह;ज या (ख) जिसने अृन े ृजत या अृनी ृत्नी के िीजवत रहत े हुए दकसी व्यजि स े जववाह दकया ह ज या जववाह की संजवदा की ह,ज उि ृद ृर जनयुजि का ृात्र नहीं होगा: ृरंतु यदद केन्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो िाता ह ज दक ऐसा जववाह ऐसे व्यजि और जववाह के अन्य ृक्षकार को लागू स्ट्वीय जवजध के अधीन अनुज्ञेय ह जऔर ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आधार ह ैं तो वह दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के प्रवतगन से छूट द ेसकेगी। 5. जिजथल करन े की िजि: िहा ं केन्रीय सरकार की यह राय ह ज दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीिंीन ह,ज वहां वह उसके जलए िो कारण ह ैं उन्ह ें लेखबद्ध करके, इन जनयमों के दकसी उृबंध को दकसी वगग या प्रवगग के व्यजियों की बाबत्, आदिे ्ारा जिजथल कर सकेगी। 6. व्यावजृ त्त: इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐस े आरक्षण, आयु सीमा में छूट और अन्य ंरयायतों ृर प्रभाव नहीं डालगे ी, जिनका केन्रीय सरकार ्ारा इस संबंध म ें समय-समय ृर िारी दकए गए आदेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजिंत िाजतयों, अनुसूजिंत िनिाजतयों, अन्य जृछड़े वगों, भूतृूवग सजजनकों और अन्य जविेष प्रवग ग के व्यजियों के जलए उृबंध करना अृेजक्षत ह।ज अनसु िंू ी ृद का नाम ृद की सं्‍या वगीकरण वेतन मजंरक् स में िंयन ृद या सीधी भती दकए िाने वाले व्यजियों स्ट् तर अिंयन ृद के जलए आयु सीमा (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) सहायक 01* साधारण केन्रीय वेतन मजंरक् स में लागू नहीं 18 से मेघालय, अरुणािंल प्रदिे , जमज़ोरम, मजणृुर, नागालैंड, जत्रृुरा, जसदिम, जहमािंल प्रदिे के लाहोल और स्ट्ृीजत जिला तथा िंंबा जिले का ृांगी उृखंड और[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािृत्र : ददसम् बर, 10, 2022/अग्रहायण 19, 1944 1129 लद्दाख, अंडमान और जनकोबार ्ीृसमूह और लक्ष्ीृ संघ रा य- क्षेत्रों के अभ्यर्थथयों के जलए जवजहत की गई हज। ंटप्ृ ण 2: रोिगार कायागलय के माध्यम से की िाने वाली जनयुजि की दिा में, आयु सीमा अवधांरत करने के जलए जनणागयक तारीख वह अंजतम तारीख होगी, जिस तारीख तक रोिगार कायागलय को नाम भेिने के जलए कहा िाए। सीधी भती दकए िाने वाले व्यजियों के जलए अृेजक्षत िजजक्षक और सीधी भती दकए िाने वाले ृंरवीक्षा की अवजध, यदद अन्य अहतग ाएं व्यजियों के जलए जवजहत आयु कोई हो और िजजक्षक अहतग ाएं प्रोन्नत व्यजियों की दिा में लागू होंगी या नहीं (7) (8) (9) (i) दकसी मान्यताप्राप्त बोडग से जवज्ञान जवषय के साथ 12वीं कक्षा लागू नहीं होता। सीधी भती दकए िाने वाले उत्तीणग। व्यजियों के जलए दो वषग। (ii) सरकार ्ारा मान्यताप्राप्त संस्ट्थान से भौजतक जिंदकत्सा में ंटप्ृण: ृंरवीक्षा की अवजध स्नातक या भौजतक जिंदकत्सा में दो वषग के ृाठ्यक्म के साथ सफलताृूवगक ृूरी करने हते ु जडप्लोमा। केन्रीय सरकार ्ारा (iii) सम्बद्ध रा य भौजतक जिंदकत्सा ृंरषद या जिंदकत्सा जिक्षा यथाजवजहत कम से कम दो महाजनदिे ालय में ृाठ्यक्म रजिस्ट्रीकृत होना िंाजहए। सप्ताह का प्रवेि प्रजिक्षण अजनवायग होगा । (iv) भौजतक जिंदकत्सक या सहायक भौजतक जिंदकत्सक या भौजतक जिंदकत्सा तकनीजियन के रूृ में दो वषग का अनुभव। ंटप्ृण 1: अहतग ाएाँ अन्यथा सुअर्थहत अभ्यर्थथयों की दिा में सक्षम प्राजधकारी के जववेकानुसार, जिजथल की िा सकती ह।ज ंटप्ृ ण 2: अनुभव संबंधी अहतग ा (अहतग ाएं) सक्षम प्राजधकारी के जववेकानुसार अनुसूजिंत िाजतयो ाँ और अनुसूजिंत िनिाजतयों के अभ्यर्थथयों की दिा में तब जिजथल की िा सकती ह ैं िब िंयन के दकसी प्रक्म ृर सक्षम प्राजधकारी की यह राय ह ज दक उनके जलए आरजक्षत ंरजियों को भरने के जलए अृेजक्षत अनुभव रखने वाले उन समुदायों के अभ्यर्थथयों के ृयागप्त स्‍ं या में उृलब्ध होने की सम्भावना नहीं ह।ज भती की ृद्धजत : भती सीधी होगी या प्रोन्नजत ्ारा या प्रोन्नजत या प्रजतजनयुजि/आमेलन ्ारा भती की दिा में वे श्रेजणयां जिनसे प्रजतजनयुजि/आमेलन ्ारा तथा जवजभन्न ृद्धजतयों ्ारा प्रोन्नजत या प्रजतजनयुजि/आमेलन दकया िाएगा भरी िाने वाली ंरजियों की प्रजतितता (10) (11) सीधी भती ्ारा जिसके न हो सकने ृर प्रजतजनयुजि प्रजतजनयजु ि: ्ारा। केंरीय सरकार के ऐसे अजधकारी: ंटप्ृण: ृदधारी के प्रजतजनयुजि या लम्बी बीमारी या (क) (i) िो मूल काडर या जवभाग में जनयजमत आधार ृर सदिृ ृद धारण अध्ययन छुट्टी या दकसी अन्य ृंरजस्ट्थजतयों के अधीन दकए में वेतन मंज रक्स म ें कारण हुई ंरजियां, केंन्रीय सरकार के ऐसे स्ट् तर-4(25500-81100 रुृये) में जनयजमत आधार ृर सहायक भौजतक अजधकांरयों में से प्रजतजनयुजि के आधार ृर भरी िा जिंदकत्सक या भौजतक जिंदकत्सक तकनीजियन या मूल काडर या जवभाग में सकेंगी :- समतुल्य; (क) िो मूल काडर या जवभाग में जनयजमत आधार ृर (iii) जिन्होंने मूल काडर या जवभाग में वेतन मजंरक् स में स्ट्तर-3 (21700- सदिृ ृद धारण दकए हुए हैं; और 69100/-रुृये) या समतुल्य में जनयजमत आधार ृर जनयुजि के ृश्चात उस (ख) िो स्ट् तंभ (7) के अधीन सीधी भती दकये िाने श्रेणी में ृााँिं वषग सेवा की हो; और वाले व् यजियों के जलए जवजहत िजजक्षक अहतग ाएं (ख) िो स्ट् तंभ (7) के अधीन सीधी भती दकये िाने वाले व् यजियों के जलए और अनुभव रखते ह।ैं जवजहत िजजक्षक अहतग ाएं और अनुभव रखते हैं। ंटप्ृण 1: ृोषक प्रवगग के ऐसे जवभागीय अजधकारी, िो प्रोन्नजत की सीधी ृंजि में हैं, प्रजतजनयुजि ृर जनयुजि के जलए जविंार दकए िाने के ृात्र नहीं होंगे। इसी प्रकार, प्रजतजनयुि व्यजि प्रोन्नजत ्ारा जनयुजि के जलए जविंार दकए िाने के ृात्र नहीं होंगे। ंटप्ृण 2: प्रजतजनयजु क् त की अवजध जिसके अंतगगत केंरीय सरकार के उसी या दकसी अन्य सगं न या जवभाग म ें इस जनयजुक्त स े ीक ृहल े धांरत दकन्ह ीं अन् य काडर-बाह्य ृद ृर प्रजतजनयुजक् त की अवजध हज, साधारणतया तीन वषग से अजधक नहीं होगी। ंटप्ृण 3: प्रजतजनयुजि ्ारा जनयजु ि के जलए अजधकतम आयु-सीमा आवेदन प्राप्त करने के जलए अंजतम तारी़ को छप्ृन वषग से अजधक नहीं होगी। यदद जवभागीय प्रोन्नजत सजमजत ह,ज तो उसकी संरिंना भती करने में दकन ृंरजस्ट्थजतयों में संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से ृरामिग दकया िाएगा (12) (13) समूह ‘ग’ जवभागीय ृुजष्ट सजमजत(ृुजष्ट ृर जविंार करने के जलए) िो जनम्नजलजखत स े लागू नहीं होता। जमलकर बनेगी:- 1. अृर जनदिे क, केन्रीय कुष्ठ जिक्षण और Training and Research Institute, Chingleput (Group C posts) Recruitment Rules, 1980, in so far as they relate to the post of Assistant Physiotherapist, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Assistant Physiotherapist, in the Central Leprosy Teaching and Short title and commencement. -(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Central Leprosy Teaching and Research Institute, Chengalpattu, Assistant Physiotherapist (Group ‘C’ Post) Recruitment Rules, 2022. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. - The number of said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. - The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule. 4. Disqualification. - No person, - (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 5. Power to relax. - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 6. Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex- servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard. Short title and commencement. -(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Regional Leprosy Training and Research Institute, Aska, Odisha, Ward Attendant (Multi-Tasking Staff), Group ‘C’ Post, Recruitment Rules, 2022. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. - The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. - The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule. 4. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, National Center For Vector Borne Diseases Control, Insect Collector, (Group ‘C’ Post) Recruitment Rules, 2022. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix.- The number of said post, its classification and the level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Secy.1174 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : DECEMBER 10, 2022/AGRAHAYANA 19, 1944 [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] मत्स्ट्यृालन, ृिृु ालन और डेयरी मत्रं ालय (मत्स्ट्यृालन जवभाग) नई ददल्ली, 6 ददसम् बर, 2022 सा.का.जन. 192.—राष्ट्रृजत, संजवधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के ृरन्तुक ्ारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और कृजष मंत्रालय, ृिुृालन, डेयरी और मत्स्ट्यृालन जवभाग, केंरीय माजत्स्ट्यकी नाजवक और इंिीजनयरी प्रजिक्षण संस्ट्थान, कोजच्च, येष्ठ प्रिासजनक अजधकारी और प्रिासजनक अजधकारी भती जनयम, 2013 को, उन बातों के जसवाए अजधक्ांत करत े हुए, जिन्ह ें ऐसे अजधक्मण से ृूवग दकया गया ह ज या करने का लोृ दकया गया हज, मत्स्ट्यृालन, ृिुृालन और डेयरी मंत्रालय, मत्स्ट्यृालन जवभाग के अधीन केंरीय माजत्स्ट्यकी नाजवक और इंिीजनयरी प्रजिक्षण संस्ट्थान, कोजच्च, में प्रिासजनक अजधकारी के ृद ृर भती की ृद्धजत का जवजनयमन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती हैं, अथागत-् (1) सजं क्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ:- (1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम मत्स्ट्यृालन, ृिुृालन और डेयरी मंत्रालय, केंरीय माजत्स्ट्यकी नाजवक और इंिीजनयरी प्रजिक्षण संस्ट्थान, कोजच्च, प्रिासजनक अजधकारी(समूह'ख') भती जनयम, 2022 ह।ज (2) ये रािृत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे। 2. ृद की स्‍ं या, वगीकरण और वते न मंज रक्स म ें स्ट्तर:- उि ृद की सं्‍या, उसका वगीकरण और इससे सलं ग्न वेतन मजंरक्स में स्ट्तर वह होगा,िो इन जनयमों से उृाबद्ध अनुसूिंी के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ(4) में जवजनर्ददष्ट ह।ैं 3. भती की ृद्धजत, आय-ु सीमा और अन्य अहतग ाएं आदद- भती की ृद्धजत, आय-ु सीमा, अहतग ाएं और उससे संबंजधत अन्य बातें वे होंगी िो उि अनुसूिंी के स्ट्तंभ (5) स े स्ट्तंभ (13) में जवजनर्ददष्ट ह।ैं 4. जनरहतग ा- वहव्यजि- (क) जिसन े ऐसे व्यजि से जिसका ृजत या जिसकी ृत्नी िीजवत ह,ज जववाह दकया हज या जववाह की संजवदा की ह;ज या (ख) जिसन,े अृन े ृजत या अृनी ृत्नी के िीजवत रहत े हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाह दकया ह ज या संजवदा की ह,ज उि ृद ृर जनयुजि का ृात्र नहीं होगा: ृरन्त ु यदद केन्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो िाता ह ज दक ऐसा जववाह ऐसे व्यजि और जववाह के अन्य ृक्षकार को लाग ू स्ट्वीय जवजध के अधीन अनज्ञु ेय ह ज और ऐसा करन े के जलए अन्य आधार ह ैं तो वह दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के प्रवतगन से छुट दे सकेगी। 5. जिजथल करन े की िजि–िहां केन्रीय सरकार की यह राय ह ज दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीिंीन हज, वहां वह उसके जलए िो कारण ह,ज उन्ह ें लेखबद्ध करके और संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से ृरामि ग करके इन जनयमों के दकसी उृबंध को दकसी वगग या प्रवगग के व्यजियों की बाबत, आदेि ्ारा जिजथल कर सकेगी। 6. व्यावृजत्त–इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आय-ु सीमा में छुट और अन्य ंरयायतों ृर प्रभाव नहीं डालगे ी, जिनका केन्रीय सरकार ्ारा इस संबंध म ें समय-समय ृर िारी दकए गए आदिे ों के अनुसार अनुसूजिंत िाजतयों, अनुसूजिंत िनिाजतयों, अन्य जृछड़े वगों, भूतृूवग सजजनकों और अन्य जविेष प्रवग ग के व्यजियों के जलए उृबंध करना अृेजक्षत ह।ज अनसु िंू ी अनबु धं - (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, the Central Institute of Fisheries Nautical and Engineering Training, Kochi, Administrative Officer (Group ‘B’) Recruitment Rules, 2022. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of post, classification and pay level in pay matrix :- The number of said post, its classification and the level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, the other Backward classes, Ex-Serviceman and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
