1. सजं क्षप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.—(1) इन जनयमों को ‘जनजातीय कायग मंत्रालय (जवजध सहायक, समूह ख ृद) भती जनयमावली,
2021’ कहा जा सकता ह।ज
(2) ये सरकारी राजृत्र में इनके प्रकािन की जत जथ से प्रवृत्त होंगे।

4. ायोग्यता.—कोई भी व्यजि -
(क) जजसने ऐसे व्यजि के साथ जववाह दकया ह जया जववाह का ानुबंध दकया ह जजजसकी ृत्नी / ृजत जीजवत ह,ज ाथवा
(ख) जजसकी ृत्नी/ृजत जीजवत ह ज और दकसी व्यजि के साथ जववाह दकया ह जया जववाह का ानुबंध दकया ह,ज उि ृद ृर जनयुजि
के जलए ृात्र नहीं होगा।
बिते दक केन्द्रीय सरकार यदद संतुष्ट ह ज दक ऐसा जववाह ऐसे व्यजि और जववाह वाले ान्य ृक्ष के जलए लागू वजयजिक कानून के
तहत मान्य ह जऔर उस व्यजि के ्ारा ऐसा कृत्य करने के ान्य कारण ह ैंतो दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के लागू होने में छूट प्रदान कर सकती
ह।ैं
5. छूट दने े की िजि.—जहॉं केंद्रीय सरकार का यह जवचार ह ज दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक ाथवा समीचीन हज, तो आदिे ानुसार, कारणों को
जलजखत में दजग करते हुए और संघ लोक सेवा आयोग के साथ ृरामिग से, दकसी भी वगग या श्रेणी के व्यजियों के संबंध में इन जनयमों के दकसी
भी प्रावधान के तहत छूट दी जा सकेगी।
6. ित.ग—इन जनयमों म ें इस सबं ंध में समय-समय ृर केंद्र सरकार ्ारा जारी आदिे ों के ानसु ार ानुसूजचत जाजतयो, ानुसूजचत
जनजाजतयों, ृूवग सजजनकों और ान्य जविेष श्रेणी के व्यजियों के जलए प्रदान दकए जाने वाले आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छुट और ान्य ंरयायतों
से कुछ भी प्रभाजवत नहीं करेगा।

जवश्वजवद्यालय या संस्ट्थान से कानून में स्नातक
जडग्री
(ii) ानुभव: केंद्र सरकार या रा य सरकार या
संघ रा य क्षेत्र प्रिासन या सावजग जनक क्षेत्र के
उृिमों या स्ट्वायत्त जनकाय या सांजवजधक जनकाय
या मान्यता प्राप्त ानसु ंधान संस्ट्थान में कानूनी
मामलों में दो साल का ानुभव।
नोट 1:
प्रजतजनयुजि की ावजध जजसमें केंद्र सरकार के
उसी या दकसी ान्य संग न या जवभाग में इस
जनयुजि से ीक ृहले धांरत दकसी ान्य संवगग –
बाह्य ृद में प्रजतजनयुजि की ावजध िाजमल हज,
आमतौर ृर तीन वषग से ाजधक नहीं होगी।
नोट 2:

New Delhi, the 15th September, 2021
G.S.R. 110.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution , the
President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Legal Assistant(Group
‘B’ post) in the Ministry of Tribal Affairs , namely :—
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Tribal Affairs (Legal Assistant,
Group ‘B’ post) Recruitment Rules, 2021.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix.—The number of the post, its classification and
level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these
rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age limit, other qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit,
qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid

4. Disqualification.—No person,—
a. who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
b. who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post :
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law
applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any
person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it
may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission,
relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required
to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Ex-servicemen and other special category of persons
in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
