NOTE:- 1. The appointment of Mr. Anil Kumar Arora as officiating Registrar is subject to the condition that on repatriation of Mr. Joginder Kumar Batra, Registrar, to this Court, if no vacancy of Registrar is available, he shall stand reverted to his previous post i.e. Joint Registrar. 2. The second condition imposed on appointment of Mr. Anil Kumar Arora, Officiating Registrar vide Notification no. 39/Estt/EI-I/DHC dated 02.05.2024 i.e. in case of any appointment is made from the cadre of Delhi Higher Judicial Services as Officer on Special Duty/Registrar in this Court, if no vacancy of Registrar is available, he shall stand reverted to his previous post i.e. Joint Registrar, stands removed.
