No. 11/Estt.I/EI-2/DHC.—WHEREAS, this Court is of the opinion that for the purposes of the departmental
inquiry being conducted against Mr. Clement Peter, Chauffeur of this Court into the charge of
sub-letting of government accommodation, it is necessary to summon as witnesses/call for any document from
Ms. R. Vandana Badola [Ex-Section Officer (CPHEEO), Directorate of Estates, New Delhi].
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Departmental Inquires
(Enforcement of Attendance of Witnesses and Production of Documents) Act, 1972 (18 of 1972), Hon’ble the Acting
Chief Justice and Hon’ble Judges of this Court have been pleased to authorize Mr. Sanjay Pokhriyal, Joint
Registrar/Inquiring Authority to exercise the powers specified in Section 5 of the said Act, in relation to the
departmental inquiry being conducted against Mr. Clement Peter, Chauffeur of this Court into the charge of sub-
letting of government accommodation.
