New Delhi, the 18th January, 2025
S.R.O. 1––In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Army Act, 1950 (46 of 1950), the
Central Government hereby prescribes each of the following officers commanding a military organisation
which in the opinion of the Central Government is not less than a brigade, as the officer by whom the
powers, which under the said Act may be exercised by an officer commanding a division shall, as regards
persons who are subject to the said Act and who are serving under such officer commanding a military
organisation be exercised, namely:-
(a) The Commandant, Officers Training Academy (OTA), Gaya.
(b) The Commandant, Remount Veterinary Corps (RVC), Centre and College, Meerut.
