तो वे त(cid:7004)संबंधी कारण(cid:7298) को लेखब(cid:7373) करके अ(cid:7007)य(cid:6979), कम(cid:6981)चारी रा(cid:6996)य बीमा िनगम के पूव(cid:6981) िविश(cid:7397) अनुमोदन के प(cid:7019) चात् िकसी (cid:7088)ेणी अथवा वग(cid:6981)

(2) ये शासकीय राजप(cid:7074) म(cid:7286) इनके (cid:7079)काशन की तारीख से लागू ह(cid:7298)गे।
2. रा(cid:7398)ीयता- अ(cid:7012)यथ(cid:7278) को िनयुि(cid:7334) के िलए होना चािहए:-
(क) भारत का नागिरक; अथवा
(ख) वह (cid:7390)ि(cid:7334)य(cid:7298) की ऐसी (cid:7088)ेिणय(cid:7298) से संबंध रखता/रखती हो जो इस संबंध म(cid:7286) भारत सरकार के कािम(cid:6981)क, लोक िशकायत और प(cid:7286)शन
मं(cid:7074)ालय के कािम(cid:6981)क एवं (cid:7079)िश(cid:6979)ण िवभाग (cid:7367)ारा समय-समय पर अिधसूिचत की गई ह(cid:7298)।

5. शारीिरक (cid:7021)व(cid:7021)थता :- (1) अ(cid:7012)यथ(cid:7278) का अ(cid:6994)छा मानिसक एवं शारीिरक (cid:7021)वा(cid:7021)(cid:7005)य हो तथा वह िकसी भी ऐसे शारीिरक िवकार से मु(cid:7334) हो
िजससे सेवा म(cid:7286) एक अिधकारी/कम(cid:6981)चारी के (cid:7272)प म(cid:7286) अपने कत(cid:6981)(cid:7390)(cid:7298) के िनव(cid:6981)हन म(cid:7286) िकसी भी (cid:7079)कार की बाधा उ(cid:7004)प(cid:7382) होने की आशंका हो।
(2) अ(cid:7012)यथ(cid:7278) जो महािनदशे क (cid:7367)ारा िनधा(cid:6981)िरत इस (cid:7079)कार की शारीिरक परी(cid:6979)ा के प(cid:7019) चात इस िविनयम के खंड (1) की आव(cid:7019)यकता को
संतोषजनक (cid:7272)प से पूण(cid:6981) करता नह(cid:7277) पाया जाता ह,ै तो िनयु(cid:7334) नह(cid:7277) िकया जाएगा ।

7. िशिथलता (cid:7079)द(cid:7275) करने की शि(cid:7334)—जहां कम(cid:6981)चारी रा(cid:6996)य बीमा िनगम के महािनदशे क की राय म(cid:7286) ऐसा करना आव(cid:7019)यक अथवा समीचीन ह,ै
तो वे त(cid:7004)संबंधी कारण(cid:7298) को लेखब(cid:7373) करके अ(cid:7007)य(cid:6979), कम(cid:6981)चारी रा(cid:6996)य बीमा िनगम के अनुमोदन से िकसी (cid:7088)ेणी अथवा वग(cid:6981) के (cid:7390)ि(cid:7334)य(cid:7298) के
संबंध म(cid:7286) इन िविनयम(cid:7298) के िकसी भी उपबंध म(cid:7286) आदेश (cid:7367)ारा िशिथलता द ेसकते ह।(cid:7289)
8. (cid:7390)ावृि(cid:7275)—इन िविनयम(cid:7298) की कोई बात, ऐसे आर(cid:6979)ण, आयु-सीमा म(cid:7286) छूट और अ(cid:7008)य िरयायत(cid:7298) पर (cid:7079)भाव नह(cid:7277) डालेगी, िजनका क(cid:7286)(cid:7076)ीय

with clause (xxi) of sub-section (2) and sub-section (2A) of the said section and sub-section (2) of section 17 of the
Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948) and in supersession of the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation
(Paramedical post), Recruitment Regulations, 2010, in so far as they relate to the post of Medical Record Technician (Junior)
and Medical Record Technician (Senior) except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the
Employees’ State Insurance Corporation hereby makes the following regulations regulating the method of recruitment to the
posts of Medical Record Assistant and Medical Record Technician in the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation,
namely:—
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These regulations may be called the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation,
Medical Record Assistant and Medical Record Technician Recruitment Regulations, 2020.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Nationality. - A candidate for appointment must be: -
(a) a Citizen of India; or
(b) he/she must belong to such categories of persons as may from time to time, be notified in this behalf by the
Government of India in the Department of Personnel and Training, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and
Pensions.
3. Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix. - The number of posts, their classification and level in the
pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these regulations.
4. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications etc.- The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other
matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
5. Physical fitness. - (1) A candidate must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to
interfere with the discharge of his duties as an officer/employee in the service.
(2) A candidate who after such physical examination as the Director General may prescribe is found not to satisfy the
requirement of clause (1) of this regulation will not be appointed.
Note: The standard of physical fitness and the competent medical authorities to examine and declare a candidate
physically fit for appointment, will be same as for corresponding appointment under the Central Government
6. Disqualification. - No person,-
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for
appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Director General of the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation may, if satisfied that such
marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that
there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this regulation.
7. Power to relax.- Where the Director General of the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation is of the opinion that it is
necessary or expedient so do to, he may, by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing and with the prior approval
of the Chairman, Employees’ State Insurance Corporation, relax any of the provisions of these regulations with respect
to any class or category of persons.
8. Savings.- Nothing in these regulations shall affect reservation, relaxation of age- limit and other concessions required to
be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Schedules Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and other
special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this
regard.

method of recruitment to the post of Dental Mechanic in the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation, namely:—
1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These Regulations may be called the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation,
Dental Mechanic, Recruitment Regulations, 2020.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Nationality. - A candidate for appointment must be:—
(a) a Citizen of India; or
(b) he/she must belong to such categories of persons as may from time to time, be notified in this behalf by the Central
Government in the Department of Personnel and Training, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions.
3. Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix. - The number of the said post, its classification and the level
in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these regulations.
4. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications etc.- The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other
matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
5. Physical fitness.—(1) A candidate must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to
interfere with the discharge of his duties as an officer/employee in the service.
(2) A candidate who after such physical examination as the Director General may prescribe is found not to satisfy the
requirement of clause (1) of this regulation will not be appointed.
Note: The standard of physical fitness and the competent medical authorities to examine and declare a candidate physically
fit for appointment, will be same as for corresponding appointment under the Central Government.
6. Disqualification.—No person,—
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for
appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Director General of the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation may, if satisfied that such marriage
is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are
other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this regulation.
7. Power to relax.—Where the Director General of the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation is of the opinion that it is
necessary or expedient so to do, he may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and with the prior approval of
the Chairman, Employees’ State Insurance Corporation, relax any of the provisions of these regulations with respect to
any class or category of persons.
8. Savings.—Nothing in these regulations shall affect reservation, relaxation of age- limit and other concessions required to

special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this

Recruitment (Amendment) Regulations, 2021.
