(1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम रक्षा मंत्रालय, नौसेना मुख्यालय, स्ट्टेिन अजिकारी, लीडडंग फायरमैन, अजििमन इंजिन र्ालक और फायरमैन (समूि ‘ग’ पि) भती जनयम, 2024 ि।ै (2) य ेरािपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त िोंग े। 2. लाग ूिोना - य ेजनयम, इन जनयमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूर्ी के स्ट्तंभ (1) म ेंजवजनर्िचष्ट पिों को लागू िोंगे । 3. पि की सख्ं या, वगीकरण और वते न मरै रक्स म ें स्ट्तर – उि पिों की संख्या, उनका वगीकरण और उनका वेतन मैररक्स में स्ट्तर वें िोंगे िो इन जनयमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूर्ी के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) म ेंजवजनर्िचष्ट ि।ैं 4. भती की पद्धजत, आय ु सीमा, अितच ाएं, आदि – उि पिों पर भती की पद्धजत, आय ु सीमा, अितच ाएं और उसस े संबंजित अन्य बातें वे िोंगी िो उि अनुसूर्ी के स्ट्तंभ (5) से (13) म ेंजवजनर्िचष्ट ि।ैं 5. जनरितच ा – वि व्यजि,– (क) जिसने ऐसे व्यजि से जिसका पजत या जिसकी पत्नी िीजवत ि,ै जववाि दकया ि;ै या जववाि की संजविा की ि ैया (ख) जिसने अपन ेपजत या अपनी पत्नी के िीजवत रित ेहुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाि दकया िै, या जववाि की संजविा की ि ै उि पि पर जनयुजि का पात्र निीं िोगा : परन्त ु यदि केंद्रीय सरकार का यि समािान िो िाता ि ै दक ऐसा जववाि उस व्यजि और जववाि के अन्य पक्षकार को लाग ू स्ट्वीय जवजि के अिीन अनज्ञु ेय ि ै और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आिार ि ैं तो वि दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के प्रवतचन से छूट िे सकेगी। 6. जिजथल करन े की िजि – ििााँ केन्द्रीय सरकार की यि राय ि ै दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीर्ीन िै, विााँ वि उसके जलए िो कारण ि,ैं उन्ि ें लेखबद्ध करके इन जनयमों के दकसी उपबंि को दकसी वगच या प्रवगच के व्यजियों की बाबत, आिेि द्वारा जिजथल कर सकेगी। 7. व्यावजृ त्त – इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षणों, आय-ु सीमा में छूट और अन्य ररयायतों पर प्रभाव निीं डालगे ी, जिनका केंद्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंि में समय-समय पर िारी दकए गए आििे ों के अनुसार अनुसूजर्त िाजतयों, अनुसूजर्त िनिाजतयों, अन्य जपछड़ े वगों, भूतपूवच सैजनकों और अन्य जविेष प्रवग च के व्यजियों के जलए उपबंि करना अपेजक्षत ि।ै अनसु र्ू ी पि का नाम पिों की संख्या वगीकरण वेतन मैररक्स में र्यन पि सीिे भती दकए सीिे भती दकए िाने स्ट्तर ि ैअथवा िाने वाले वाले व्यजियों के जलए अर्यन व्यजियों के जलए अपेजक्षत िैजक्षक और पि आयु-सीमा अन्य अिताचएं (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) (7) 1. स्ट्टेिन 93* (2024) सािारण केंद्रीय वेतन मैररक्स में अर्यन । लागू निीं िोता । लागू निीं िोता । अजिकारी । सेवा, समूि ‘ग’, स्ट्तर -5 *कायचभार के अरािपजत्रत, (44900- आिार पर अननुसजर्वीय । 142400 रु॰) । पररवतचन दकया िा सकता ि ै।[भाग II—खण् ड 4] भारत का रािपत्र : मार्च 16, 2024/फाल् गनु 26, 1945 91 सीिे भती दकए िान े पररवीक्षा की भती की पद्धजत : भती सीिे प्रोन्नजत या प्रजतजनयुजि/आमेलन द्वारा भती की ििा वाले व्यजियों के जलए अवजि, यदि कोई िोगी या प्रोन्नजत द्वारा या में वे श्रेजणयां जिनसे प्रोन्नजत या प्रजतजनयुजि जवजित आयु और िो । प्रजतजनयुजि/आमेलन द्वारा तथा /आमेलन दकया िाएगा । िैजक्षक अिताचएं प्रोन्नत जवजभन्न पद्धजतयों द्वारा भरी व्यजियों की ििा में िाने वाली ररजियों की लागू िोंगी । प्रजतितता । (8) (9) (10) (11) लागू निीं िोता । लागू निीं िोता । (i) पर्ास प्रजतित लीडडंग प्रोन्नजत: फायरमैन से प्रोन्नजत द्वारा (i) लीडडंग फायरमैन वेतन मैररक्स में स्ट्तर-3 जिसके न िो सकने पर (रू 21700-69100) में िस वष च जनयजमत सेवा की अजििमन इंजिन र्ालक की िो । प्रोन्नजत द्वारा । (ii) अजििमन इंजिन र्ालक वेतन मैररक्स में स्ट्तर- 3 (रू 21700-69100) में िस वषच जनयजमत सेवा (ii) पर्ास प्रजतित अजििमन की िो और जिनके पास प्रारंजभक या आिारभूत या र्ालक की प्रोन्नजत द्वारा जिसके सिायक अजििमन कोसच मान्यताप्राप्त संस्ट्थान से न िो सकने पर लीडडंग उत्तीणच दकया िो। फायरमैन की प्रोन्नजत द्वारा । रटप्पण: ििां ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंि में जिन्िोंने अपनी अिकच या पात्रता सेवा पूरी कर ली ि,ै प्रोन्नजत के जलए जवर्ार दकया िा रिा िो विां उनसे ज्येष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंि में भी जवर्ार दकया िाऐगा परंतु यि तब िबदक उसके द्वारा की गई ऐसी अिकच या पात्रता सेवा, अपेजक्षत अिकच या पात्रता सेवा के आि े से अजिक से या िो वषच से, इनमें से िो भी कम िो, कम न िो और उन्िोंने अपने ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों सजित, जिन्िोंने ऐसी अिकच या पात्रता सेवा पिले िी पूरी कर ली ि,ै अगली उच्चतर श्रेणी में प्रोन्नजत के जलए अपनी पररवीक्षा की अवजि सफलतापूवचक पूरी कर ली िो । यदि जवभागीय प्रोन्नजत सजमजत िै, तो उसकी संरर्ना । भती करने म ेंदकन पररजस्ट्थजतयों में संघ लोक सेवा आयोग स े परामिच दकया िाएगा (12) (13) समूि ‘ग’ जवभागीय प्रोन्नजत सजमजत (पुजष्ट के संबंि में जवर्ार करने के जलए) जिसमें जनम्नजलजखत लागू निीं िोता । िोंग:े- (1) कमांडर की श्रेणी का अजिकारी या इसके समतुल्य श्रेणी का जसजवजलयन अजिकारी - Disqualification.- No person, - (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 6. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 7.
