S.R.O. 10.—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (1A) of Section 12 of the National Cadet
Corps Act, 1948 (31 of 1948), Central Government hereby notifies appointment of Dr. Sumer Singh Solanki, Member
of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) as member of the Central Advisory Committee for the National Cadet Corps and for that
purpose amends notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Defence No. SRO 76-E dated the
10th October, 1983, as amended from time to time as follows, namely:-
In the said Notification, under the heading “under clause (i) of sub-section (1) of section 12”, For the entry
(13), the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
