2. पि की सख्ं या, वगीकरण और वते न मरै रक्स म ें स्ट्त र.- उि पि की संख्या, उसका वगीकरण और वेतन मैररक्स में स्ट्तर वे िोंगे िो इन जनयमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तभं (4) में जवजनर्िाष्ट ि।ैं
3. भती की पद्धजत, आय-ु सीमा, अन्य अिता ाएं, आदि- उि पि पर भती की पद्धजत, आय-ु सीमा, अिता ाएं और उससे संबंजित अन्य बातें वे िोंगी िो उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट्तंभ (13) म ेंजवजनर्िाष्ट ि.ैं
4. जनरिता ा - वि व्यजि - (क) जिसने ऐसे व्यजि स,े जिसका पजत या जिसकी पत्नी िीजवत ि,ै जववाि दकया ि ै या जववाि की संजविा की ि ै: या (ख) जिसने अपने पजत या अपनी पत्नी के िीजवत रिते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाि दकया ि ै या जववाि की संजविा की ि;ै उि पि पर जनयुजि का पात्र निीं िोगा:
परंतु यदि केन्द्रीय सरकार का यि समािान िो िाता ि ै दक ऐसा जववाि उस व्यजि और जववाि के अन्य पक्षकार को लाग ू स्ट्वीय जवजि के अिीन अनज्ञु ेय ि ैऔर ऐसा करन े के जलए अन्य आिार िै, तो वि दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के प्रवतना से छूट िे सकेगी ।
5. जिजथल करन े की िजि.- ििां केन्द्रीय सरकार की यि राय ि ै दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन िै, विां वि, आिेि द्वारा और उसके जलए िो कारण ि ैं उन्ि ें लेखबद्ध करके , दकसी वग ा या प्रवग ा के व्यजियों के संबंि में इन जनयमों के दकसी उपबंि को जिजथल कर सकेगी।
6. व्यावृजत्त.- इन जनयमों की कोई बात ऐसे आरक्षण, आय-ु सीमा में छूट और अन्य ररयायतों पर प्रभाव निीं डालगे ी जिनका केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबिं में समय-समय पर िारी दकए गए आििे ों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतयों, अनुसूजचत िनिाजतयों, अन्य जपछड़ ेवगों, भूतपूवा सैजनकों और अन्य जविषे प्रवग ाके व्यजियों के जलए,उपबंि अपेजक्षत ि ै अनसु चू ी पि का नाम पि की वगीकरण वते न चयन सीिी भती दकए िान ेवाल े सीिी भती दकए सख्ं य ा मरै रक्स पि या व्य जियों के जलए आयसु ीमा- िान ेवाल ेव्य जियों म ेंस्ट्त र अचयन के जलए अपजे क्षत पि िजै क्षक अिता ाएं.

A-12018/07/2020-St.I] लवकेि सिगल, अवर सजचव812 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : AUGUST 23, 2025/BHADRA 1, 1947 [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE New Delhi, the 11th August, 2025 G.S.R. 137.––In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Government Medical Store Depot (Group ‘C’ and Group 'D' posts) Recruitment Rules, 1983, in so far as it relates to the post of Pharmacist-cum-Clerk, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Pharmacist-cum-Clerk in the Government Medical Store Depot located at New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Guwahati and Karnal namely:-
1. Short title and commencement. –(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government Medical Store Depots, Pharmacist-cum-Clerk (Group ‘C’ Post) Recruitment Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. –The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. – The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification. – No person, –
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post;
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving. – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen or other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.– The method of recruitment to the said post, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.
4. Disqualification. – No person,-
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post.
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt such person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax. -Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, and in consultation with UPSC relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Savings. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Ex-servicemen and other categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

2. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix. – The number of said post, their classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.– The method of recruitment to the said post, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.
4. Disqualification. – No person,-
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt such person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax.-Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

namely:-
1. Short title and commencement. ─ (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Department of Food and Public Distribution, National Sugar Institute, Multi-Tasking Staff, (Group ‘C’ Post) Recruitment Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. ─The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.─The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification. ─ No person, ─
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax. ─Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6.
