1. संतक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.- (1) इन तनयमों का संतक्षप्त नाम गहृ मत्रं ालय, सशस्त्र सीमा बल समहू 'क' और समहू 'ख' पद (गरै -लडाकू) आयधु काडर भिी तनयम, 2025 ह ै।

2. लाग ूहोना.- ये तनयम, इन तनयमों से उपाबद्ध अनसु चू ी के स्िंभ (1) म ेंतितनतदष्टा पदों पर लाग ूहोंग।े

3. पद-संख्या, िगीकरण और िेिन मतै रक्स म ें स्िर.- पदों की संख्या, उनका िगीकरण, ििे न मतै रक्स म ें उनका स्िर िह होगा, जो इन तनयमों से उपाबद्ध अनसु चू ी के स्िंभ (2) से स्िंभ (4) म ेंतितनतदष्टा ह।ैं

4. भिी की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अहिा ाए ं आतद.- भिी की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अहिा ाए ं और उनसे संबंतधि अन्य बािें ि ेहोंगी, जो उि अनसु चू ी के स्िंभ (5) से स्िंभ (13) में तितनतदष्टा ह।ैं 5 . आरंतभक गठन -.(1) इससे उपाबद्ध अनसु चू ी म ें तितनतदष्टा ऐसे कातमका जो इन तनयमों के प्रारम्भ से ठीक पहले तनयतमि आधार पर पद धारण तकए हुए ह,ैं इन तनयमों के उपबंधों के अनसु ार तनयिु तकए गए समझ ेजाएगं ।े

(2) इन तनयमों के प्रारंभ, ठीक पहले उप-तनयम (1) म ेंतितनतदाष्ट कातमका की तनयतमि तनरन्िर सेिा की संगणना अपनी-अपनी श्रेतणयों म ें पररिीक्षा अितध, प्रोन्नति, पतु ष्ट के तलए अहका सेिा और सेिा म ें पेंशन के प्ररयोनन के तलए की जाएगी।

6. तनरहिा ा.- िह व्यति,- (क) तजसने ऐसे व्यति से, तजसका पति या तजसकी पत्नी जीतिि है, तििाह तकया ह ैया तििाह की संतिदा की ह;ै या (ख) तजसने, अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीतिि रहिे हुए तकसी व्यति स े तििाह तकया ह,ै या तििाह की संतिदा की ह,ै उि पदों पर तनयतु ि का पात्र नहीं होगा:

परन्ि ु यतद केन्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जािा ह ै तक ऐसा तििाह ऐसे व्यति और तििाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लाग ूस्िीय तितध के अधीन अनज्ञु ये ह ैऔर ऐसा करने के तलए अन्य आधार ह ैंिो िह तकसी व्यति को इस तनयम के प्रििान से छूट द े सकेगी।

7. तशतथल करने की शति.- जहां केन्रीय सरकार की यह राय ह ै तक ऐसा करना आिश्यक या समीचीन ह,ै िहां िह उसके तलए जो कारण हैं, उन्ह ें लेखबद्ध करके, इन तनयमों के तकसी उपबंध को तकसी िग ा या प्रिग ा के व्यतियों की बाबि, आदशे द्वारा तशतथल कर सकेगी ।

8. व्याितृि.- इन तनयमों की कोई बाि ऐसे आरक्षण, आय-ु सीमा म ें छूट और अन्य ररयायिों पर प्रभाि नहीं डालेगी, तजनका केन्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंघ म ें समय-समय पर जारी तकए गए आदशे ों के अनसु ार अनसु तू चि जातियों, अनसु तू चि जनजातियों, भिू पिू ा सैतनकों, अन्य तपछडें िगों, और अन्य तिशेष प्रिग ा के व्यतियों के तलए उपबंध करना अपेतक्षि ह।ै अनुसूची पद का नाम। पदों की संख्या। िगीकरण। ििे न मतै रक्स म ेंस्िर।

(Armament), Senior Field Officer (Armament) and Field Officer (Armament) in the Ministry of Home Affairs,

namely:-

1. Short title and Commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, Sashastra Seema Bal, Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’ posts (Non-Combatised) Armament Cadre, Recruitment Rules, 2025.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Application. – These rules shall apply to posts specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. – The number of the said posts, their classifications and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.

4. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualification, etc.– The method of recruitment to said posts, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.

5. Initial constitution.– (1) The incumbents holding the posts specified in the Schedule annexed herein, immediately before the commencement of these rules on the regular basis shall be deemed to have been appointed in accordance with the provisions of these rules.

(2) The regular continuous service of the incumbents referred to in sub-rule (1) in the respective grades immediately before commencement of these rules shall be counted for the purpose of probation period, qualifying service for promotion, confirmation and pension in the service, etc.

6. Disqualification. – No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and to other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का राजृत्र : ऄगस्ट्त 9, 2025/श्रावण 18, 1947 723

7. Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

8. Saving. – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

Note 1.- The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organisation or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not to exceed four years.

Note 2.- The maximum age-limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding fifty-six years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.

1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Central Government Hospitals in Delhi (Multi Tasking Staff), Recruitment Rules, 2025.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix. – The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. – The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification. – No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt such person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, and in consultation with Union Public Service Commission for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of person in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

If the departmental candidate is selected for appointment to the post, the post shall be deemed to have been filled by promotion, otherwise, it will be treated as having been filled on deputation (including- short-term contract).

Note 2: The period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same of some other organisation or department of the Central Government shall not be exceeding three years.

(ii)ऐसे ऄजधकारी जजन्होंन े मूल संवगय या जवभाग में वेतन मजररक्स में स्ट्तर- 6 (35400-112400/-रुृये) में ृााँच वषय की जनयजमत सेवा की हो; और (ख) जो जनम्नजलजखत िजजक्षक ऄहतय ाएं और ऄनुभव रखते हों:

(i) दकसी मान्यताप्राप्त बोडय से जवज्ञान में बारहवीं ृास;

(ii)दकसी मान्यताप्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय या संस्ट्थान स े ऑप्टोमरे ी में (चार वषय की ऄवजध) की जडग्री;

namely:-

1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, Senior Optometrist, (Group ‘B’ Post) Recruitment Rules, 2025.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. - The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. -The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

5. Disqualification. - No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

6. Power to relax. - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

7. 1. Short title and commencement. — (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Earth Sciences (Staff Car Drivers), Group ‘C’ Posts Recruitment Rules, 2023.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Application. — These rules shall apply to the posts specified in column(1) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix. — The number of said posts, their classification and level in pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.

4. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. — The method of recruitment, age- limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto, shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.

5. Disqualification. — No person, –

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or
