(cid:315)(cid:175)ೇಷ (cid:170)ಾಜ(cid:205) ಪ(cid:294)(cid:206)(cid:144)ೆ ¨sÁU À – 4 ಎ , 16 , 2022( , 27, , ೧೯೪3) . 77 Part – IV A BENGALURU, WEDNESDAY, 16, FEBRUARY, 2022( MAGHA, 27, SHAKAVARSHA, 1943) No. 77 GOVERNMENT OF KARNATAKA NO: RD 58 LRA 2021 KARNATAKA GOVERNMENT SECRETARIAT, MULTISTORIED BUILDING, BENGALURU, DATED: 15.02.2022 NOTIFICATION The draft of the following rules further to amend the Mysore (Religious and Charitable) Inam Abolition Rules, 1956, was published as required by section 34 of the Mysore (Religious and Charitable) Inams Abolition Act, 1955, (Mysore Act XVIII of 1955) in Notification No: RD 58 LRA 2021 dated: 11.01.2022 published in Volume – 29 of Part IV A of the Karnataka Extraordinary Gazette dated: 11.01.2022 inviting objections or suggestions from all persons likely to be affected thereby within fifteen days from the date of its publication in the official Gazette. Whereas the said Gazette was made available to the public on 11.01.2022. And whereas no objections and suggestions have been received by the State Government within the period of specified above. Now, Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 34 of the Mysore (Religious and Charitable) Inams Abolition Act, 1955, (Mysore Act XVIII of 1955) the Government of Karnataka hereby makes the following rules to amend the Mysore (Religious and Charitable) Inam Abolition Rules, 1956, namely:- RULES 1. Title and Commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Mysore (Religious and charitable) Inam Abolition (Amendment) Rules, 2021. (1)R.N.I. No. KARBIL/2001/47147 POSTAL REGN. No. RNP/KA/BGS/2202/2017-19 Licensed to post without prepayment WPP No. 297 2 (2) They shall come into force from the date of their final publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Amendment of rule 7.- In the Mysore (Religious and charitable) Inam Abolition Rules, 1956, in rule 7, in sub-rule (1), in the second proviso for the figures and words "after 28th day of February, 1970" the words and figures “after expiry of one year from the date of commencement of the Mysore (Religious and charitable) Inam Abolition (Amendment) Rules, 2021” shall be substituted.
