Ambedkar Veedhi, Bengaluru, Dated: 05.11.2025 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (2) and (3) of Article 166 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Karnataka hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Karnataka Government (Transaction of Business) Rules, 1977, namely:- RULES 1. Title and Commencement: - (1) These rules may be called The Karnataka Government (Transaction of Business) (Amendment) Rules, 2025. (2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the official Gazette. 2. Amendment of Rule 6: - In the Karnataka Government (Transaction of Business) Rules, 1977, (hereinafter referred to as the said rules) in rule 6, after sub-rule (2), in the proviso the words “or confirmed” shall be omitted. 3. Amendment of Rule 76: - In rule 76 of the said rules, after sub-rule (2), the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:- (1)R.N.I. No. KARBIL/2001/47147 POSTAL REGN.
