S.O. 2895(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 21 and 33G of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act,
1940 (23vb of 1940) and in suppression of the notification of the Ministry of Ayush, published in the Gazette of India,
Extraordinary vide number S.O. 4562(E) dated 27th September 2022, the Central Government hereby appoints the
following officers of the Ministry of Ayush as mentioned under column (2) of the table below for the charge of posts
as specified under column (3) of the said table for the whole of India to discharge the duties in respect of the
Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani and Homoeopathic drugs under the provisions of the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945:-
