या (ii) अवर श्रेणी जलजपक या समकि ग्रेड में 8 वषग की जनयजमत सेवा के सार्। नोट-1: केंर सरकार के उसी या दकसी अन्य संगठन या जवभाग में इस जनयुजक्त से ठीक पहले दकसी अन्य बाह्य-संवगग पि पर प्रजतजनयुजक्त की अवजध सजहत प्रजतजनयुजक्त की अवजध आमतौर पर तीन वषग से अजधक नहीं होगी। नोट 2: जवभागीय उम्मीिवार िो पिोन्नजत की सीधी पंजक्त में ह,ं प्रजतजनयजु क्त के जलए जवचार नहीं दकया िाएगा। इसी प्रकार, प्रजतजनयुजक्त पर जनयुक्त व्यजक्त पिोन्नजत द्वारा जवचार के जलए पात्र नहीं होगा। यदि कोई जवभागीय पिोन्नजत सजमजत जवद्यमान ह ैतो उसकी व ेपररजस्ट्र्जतया ँजिनके तहत भती करने म ेंसघं लोक सरं चना तया ह ै सेवा आयोग स ेपरामि गदकया िाना है (12) (13) समूह 'ग' जवभागीय पिोन्नजत सजमजत (पिोन्नजत के जलए) जिसमें लाग ूनहीं िाजमल ह:ं- 1. जनििे क या उप सजचव, सड़क पररवहन और रािमागग मंत्रालय - अध्यि, 2. अन्य मंत्रालय या जवभाग से संबंजधत अवर सजचव - सिस्ट्य, 3. अवर सजचव (प्रिासन) -सिस्ट्य 3. अवर श्रणे ी जलजपक पि का नाम पिक की सख्ं या वगीकरण वते न मरै रतस म ें चाह ेचयन पि हो सीधी भती के जलए आय ुसीमा स्ट्तर या गैर-चयन पि (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) अवर श्रेणी 19* (2023) सामान्य केंरीय सेवा, लेवल-2 (रु. गैर चयन 18 से 27 वषग के बीच (केंर सरकार जलजपक *कायग भार के समूह ग, 19,900- द्वारा िारी जनििे क या आििे क के[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 5 आधार पर अरािपजत्रत, 63,200/-) अनुसार सरकारी कमगचाररयक के जलए पररवतगन हो अनुसजचवीय छूट) सकता है नोट: आयु सीमा जनधागररत करने की जनणागयक तारीख कमगचारी चयन आयोग द्वारा जवज्ञाजपत की िाएगी। सीधी भती के जलए आव यक िजै िक एव ंअन्य योग्यताएँ तया सीधी भती के जलए जनधारग रत आय ु पररवीिा की अवजध, यदि और ििै जणक योग्यता पिोन्नजत के मामल े कोई हो म ेंलाग ूहोगी (7) (8) (9) (i) दकसी मान्यताप्राप्त बोडग या जवश्वजवद्यालय से 12वीं आयु- नहीं सीधी भती के जलए िो वषग । किा या समकि योग्यता िैिजणक योग्यता- कॉलम (10) म ें (ii) मैनुअल टाइपराइटर पर अंग्रेिी में 30 िब्ि प्रजत जमनट ििागई गई सीमा तक, हाँ या सहिं ी में 25 िब्ि प्रजत जमनट की टंकण गजत; Short title and commencement.-(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (Group C Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Application.-These rules shall apply to the posts specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Number of posts, classification, Level in pay matrix.-The number of said posts, their classification and the scale of pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule. 4. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.-The method of recruitment age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule. 5. Disqualification.- No person,— (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, Shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 6. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons or posts. 7.
