SECK/RLB/CIGO/1/2024 In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 271(1) read with Section 308 of the Karnataka Grama Swaraj and Panchayat Raj Act, 1993, Article 243-K of the Constitution of India and all other powers enabling it in this behalf the State Election Commission is pleased to authorise the Officer specified in Column-1 of the Table to exercise all the powers of the Requisitioning Authority under the provisions of Section 271, 272, 273, 274, 275 and 276 of the said Act within the areas mentioned in Column-2 thereof.
