NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 10th June, 2026 S.O. 2969(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 13 of the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act, 1994 (42 of 1994), the Central Government hereby rescinds the notification published in the Gazette of India videS.O. 1372(E), dated the 15th March, 2024, relating to appointment of the Appropriate Authorities for the Union territories of Jammu and Kashmir and National Capital Territory of Delhi under the said Act, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission, with immediate effect.
