S.O. 3271(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 8 of the Recovery
of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993 (51 of 1993), the Central Government hereby authorises the Chairperson
of the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai to discharge also the functions of the Chairperson of the
Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Delhi for deciding the appeal in the matter of ‘Mrs. Rajni Gulati Vs
Canara Bank & Ors. [Misc. Appeal No. 133 of 2025 arising out of S.A. No. 359 of 2024 (DRT-II, Delhi) and
