(P-98), Joint Collector, Rewa, as mentioned in column (1) of the Table given thereunder to perform the functions of the Competent Authority under the said Act for laying of pipeline by M/s Reliance Gas Pipelines Limited (RGPL), having its Registered Office at 3rd Floor, Maker Chambers IV, 222 Nariman Point, Mumbai – 400021 (Maharashtra) [Address for communication: 1st Floor, MAB, Reliance Corporate IT Park, Thane – Belapur Road, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai – 400701 (Maharashtra)] for transportation of natural gas through its proposed Shahdol (Madhya Pradesh) – Jaising Nagar – Beohari – Gurh – Phulpur (Uttar Pradesh) pipeline for distribution to various consumers in respect of the areas mentioned in Column (2) of the said table, in addition to his existing duties and responsibilities under State Government of Madhya Pradesh; And whereas, the State Government of Madhya Pradesh has now nominated the incumbent of Additional Collector, Rewa, on temporary basis to perform the functions of the Competent Authority under the said Act for the said gas pipeline project of RGPL in all the Districts of Madhya Pradesh State, in ex-Officio capacity, in addition to his duties and responsibilities under the State Government of Madhya Pradesh; Now, therefore, in pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the said Act, the Government of India hereby directs that the Table given below said notification S.O. 150(E) dated the 20th January, 2014 may be amended in the manner specified hereunder :- TABLE Designation and address of the person authorized Areas of jurisdiction (1) (2) 1.
