या (ii) जजन्होंने मूल काडर या जिभाग में िते न बैंड4 रू.37400-67000 सजहत िैक्षजणक ग्रेड पे (एजीपी) रु.9000 में या िेतन मैट्ररक्स के स्ट्तर – 13 ए (रू.131400 - 217100) या समतुलय पदों पर जनयजमत आधार पर जनयुजि के पश्चात उस श्रेणी में दो िषय सेिा की है; और (ख) जजनके पास जनम्नजलजखत िैजक्षक अहतय ाएँ और अनुभि हो:- आिश्यक:- (i) दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थान से कम से कम पचपन प्रजतित अंकों सजहत मास्ट्टर जडग्री (या जहां कहीं ग्रेडडग प्रणाली का अनुसरण दकया जाता ह ैिहाँ जबन्द ुमापमान में कोई समतुल्य श्रेणी); (ii) दकसी मान् यताप्रा्‍त जिश् िजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थान से पी.एच.डी. जडग्री; (iii) समकक्ष समीक्षा में या जिश्वजिद्यालय अनुदान आयोग सूचीबद्ध जनरलों में कम से कम दस िोध का प्रकािन; अनभु ि:- जिश्वजिद्याजलयों/महाजिद्यालयों/उच्चतर जिक्षा के अन्य संस्ट्थानों म ें अध्यापन/िोध का पंरह िषय का अनुभि । ट्रट्‍प ण 1: यदद कोई श्रेणी या िगीकरण नहीं दकया जाना ह ै तो न्यूनतम साठ प्रजतित कुल अंकों को प्रथम श्रेणी या िगीकरण के समतुल्य माना जाएगा। यदद ग्रेड ्‍ िाइंट जसस्ट्टम अपनाया जाता है, तो आकजलत ग्रेड पॉइंट औसत को नीचे ददये गए समतुल्य अंकों में पट्ररिर्गत्तत दकया जाएगा: अंकों का ग्रेड पॉइंट समतुल्य प्रजतित 6.25 55 6.75 60 7.25 65 7.75 70 8.25 75 ट्रट्‍पण 2:- प्रजतजनयुजि की अिजध (जजसके अंतगयत अल्पकाजलक संजिदा भी ह)ै जजसके अंतगयत केंरीय सरकार के उसी या दकसी अन् य संगठन या जिभाग में इस जनयुजि से ठीक पहले धाट्ररत दकसी अन् य काडर बा्य पद पर प्रजतजनयुजि की अिजध ह ै (जजसके अंतगयत अल् पकाजलक संजिदा भी है) पांच िषय की अिजध के जलए होगा। जिश् िजिद्यालय अनुदान आयोग (जिश् िजिद्यालयों और महाजिद्यालयों में अध्य ापकों तथा अन् य िैक्षजणक कमयचाट्ररिृंद की जनयुजि के जलए न् यूनतम अहतय ाएं तथा उच् चतर जिक्षा म ें मानकों को बनाए रखने के जलए अन् य उपाय) जिजनयम, 2018 के अनुसार गट्रठत जिश् िजिद्यालय द्वारा जनधायरण करने के आधार पर पांच िषय की अन् य अिजध के जलए जिस्ट्तारणीय होगा । ट्रट्‍प ण 3: प्रजतजनयुजि द्वारा जनयुजि के जलए अजधकतम आयु सीमा आिेदन प्राजप्त की अंजतम तारीख को अठािन िषय से अजधक नहीं होगी । [फा सं. 15-40/2016 –यू.टी. I] रीना सोनोिाल कौजल, संयुि सजचि4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] MINISTRY OF EDUCATION (Department of Higher Education) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 30th June, 2023 GS.R. 465(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in supersession of the Administration of Daman and Diu, Government College, Group ‘A’ Gazetted post of Principal, Recruitment Rules, 2012, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Principal, Government College, Daman in the Union territory Administration of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Union territory Administration of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, Principal, Government College, Daman Recruitment Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of post, classification and Level in pay matrix.-The number of post, its classification and level in pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age limit, other qualifications, etc..- The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (l3) of the said Schedule. 4. Disqualification.- No person, – (a) who has entered into or contacted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt, any person from the operation of this rule. 5. Power to relax.-Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 6. Saving.-Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard. Note 1: If a class or division is not awarded, a minimum of sixty per cent. marks in aggregate shall be considered equivalent to first class or division.
