विधि सम्मत आचरण एवं शान्ति व्यवस्था बनाये रखने के लिए रूपये 50000/-(रुपये पचास हजार मात्र) से
अनधिक धनराशि का एक निजी मुचलका अपने सम्बन्धित कारागार के वरिष्ठ अधीक्षक/अधीक्षक को प्रस्तुत
करने पर बन्दी को कारागार से मुक्त कर दिया जाय।
