दौराि, आवृजत्त आधार पर ऐसे अिुसमर्र्वत मािदंडों के आधार पर मदों के जलए आवेददत प्राजधकार पत्रों के जलए लागू िहीं है

सूचीबद्ध मदों के जलए आवेददत प्राजधकार पत्रों के जलए लागू िहीं है। स्ट्पष्ट रुप से जिर्दवष्ट दकया ह ै दक ऐसे मािदंड अन्य आवेदकों
के जलए लागू िहीं है।
सचू िा का प्रभाव: प्रदिया पुस्ट्तक-2023 के परै ा 4.07 के तहत मािदंड सजमजत द्वारा ददिांक 01.04.2015 को अर्वा
उसके बाद अिुसमर्र्वत तदर् व मािदंड की वैधता की अवजध ददिांक 31.03.2028 तक वैध रहगे ी। इस संिोधि का उद्दश्े य
जियावतकों के जलए जिरंतरता, पूवाविुमेयता और लिे देि संव्यवहार लागत में कमी सुजिजित करके व्यापार सगु मता को
बढावा देिा ह।ै

Subject: Validity of Ad-hoc norms under Para 4.12 (vi) of HBP-2023– reg.
F. No. 01/94/180/011/AM24/PC-4—In exercise of the powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 &
2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2023, as amended from time to time, the Director General of Foreign
Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Para 4.12 (vi) of HBP-2023:
