भी कायर् संभव नही ंहोगा।
This is in reference to URN 500049396 vide which it was informed that the partnership
deed of M/s Fastidious Insurance Surveyor and Loss Assessor bearing corporate
surveyor license no. IRDA/CORP/SLA-200052 has been dissolved. The firm had
requested for voluntary surrender of the aforementioned corporate surveyor license.
You are informed that your request has been acceded to under the provisions of Reg.
25(A) of IRDAI (Insurance Surveyors and Loss Assessors) Regulations, 2015 as
amended in 2020. The corporate surveyor license IRDA/CORP/SLA-200052 hereby
stands surrendered and cancelled from IRDAI’s records.
You are informed that the BAP user ID linked to M/s Fastidious Insurance Surveyor
and Loss Assessor will be deactivated from the system and henceforth, no action will
be possible on that user ID.
