प्रकाजित की गई थी, द्वारा उस अजधसूचना से सलग्न अनुसूची म ें जवजनदरष्ट भजू म म ें कनाजटक राज्य म ें पेरोजलयम पिाथ ज पररवहन के जलए जहन्द्िस्ट्ु तान पेरोजलयम कोपोरेिन जलजमटेड द्वारा हासन (कनाजटक) से चेरलापल्ली (तेलगं ाना) पाइपलाइन जबछान े के प्रयोिन के जलए उपयोग के अजधकारी का अिजन के अपन े आिय की घोषणा की थी; और उक्त असाधारण रािपत्र अजधसूचना की प्रजतया िनता को तारीख 23.10.19 तक उपलब्ध करा िी गई थी ; और सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 6 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन केन्द्रीय सरकार को ररपोटज िे िी ह ै; और केन्द्रीय सरकार ने, उक्त ररपोटज पर जवचार करने के पश्चात, और यह समाधान हो िान े पर दक उक्त भूजम पाइपलाइन जबछाने के जलए अपेजक्षत ह,ै उसम ें उपयोग के अजधकारी का अिनज करने का जवजनश्चय दकया ह ै; अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 6 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित िजक्तयों का प्रयोग तारीख के केन्द्रीय सरकार म ें जनजहत होने के बिाए, सभी जवल्लगं मों से मक्तु होकर जहन्द्िस्ट्ु तान पेरोजलयम कोपोरेिन जलजमटेड म ेंजनजहत होगा । पेरोजलयम और खजनि पाइपलाइन अजधजनयम, 1962 की धारा 10 के अधीन दकसी भी क्षजतपूर्तज के जलए जहन्द्िस्ट्ु तान पेरोजलयम कोपोरेिन जलजमटेड पणू जतया उतरिायी होगी और धारा 13 के अधीन पाइपलाइन से संबजन्द्धत दकसी भी मामले पर केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी और दकसी भी 2020 S.O. 922(E).—Whereas by a notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas S.O. No. 3709 (E) dated the 10th October, 2019, issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), published in the Extra Ordinary Gazette of India dated the 15th October, 2019, the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule appended to that notification for the purpose of laying pipeline for transportation of Petroleum Product, from Hassan (Karnataka) to Cherlapalli (Telangana) Pipeline by Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited; And whereas copies of the said Extra Ordinary Gazette notification were made available to the public up to 23.10.2019. And whereas the competent authority has under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act submitted report to the Central Government; And whereas the Central Government, after considering the said report and on being satisfied that the said land is required for laying the pipeline, has decided to acquire right of user therein; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule appended to this notification is hereby acquired for laying the pipeline; And further, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 6 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby directs that the right of user in the said land for laying the pipeline shall, instead of vesting in the Central Government, vest on the date of publication of the declaration, in Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, free from all encumbrances. Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited shall be exclusively liable for any compensation in terms of Section 10 of the P&MP Act, 1962. According to Section13, no suit, or other legal proceeding would lie against the Central Government, Competent Authority or any State Government or Corporation for any matter relating to the pipeline. No. 3946(E) dated the 25th October, 2019, issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), published in the Extra Ordinary Gazette of India dated the 31th October, 2019, the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule appended to that notification for the purpose of laying pipeline for transportation of Petroleum Product, from Hassan (Karnataka) to Cherlapalli (Telangana) Pipeline by Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited; And whereas copies of the said Extra Ordinary Gazette notification were made available to the public up to 14.12.2019. And whereas the competent authority has under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act submitted report to the Central Government; And whereas the Central Government, after considering the said report and on being satisfied that the said land is required for laying the pipeline, has decided to acquire right of user therein; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule appended to this notification is hereby acquired for laying the pipeline; And further, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 6 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby directs that the right of user in the said land for laying the pipeline shall, instead of vesting in the Central Government, vest on the date of publication of the declaration, in Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, free from all encumbrances. Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited shall be exclusively liable for any compensation in terms of Section 10 of the P&MP Act, 1962. According to Section13, no suit, or other legal proceeding would lie against the Central Government, Competent Authority or any State Government or Corporation for any matter relating to the pipeline. New Delhi, the 25th February, 2020 S.O. 925(E).—Whereas by a notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas S.O. No. 3707(E) dated the 10th October, 2019, issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), published in the Extra Ordinary Gazette of India dated the 15th October, 2019, the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule appended to that notification for the purpose of laying pipeline for transportation of Petroleum Product, from Hassan (Karnataka) to Cherlapalli (Telangana) Pipeline by Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited; And whereas copies of the said Extra Ordinary Gazette notification were made available to the public up to 23.12.2019.[भाग II— खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 27 And whereas the competent authority has under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act submitted report to the Central Government; And whereas the Central Government, after considering the said report and on being satisfied that the said land is required for laying the pipeline, has decided to acquire right of user therein; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule appended to this notification is hereby acquired for laying the pipeline; And further, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 6 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby directs that the right of user in the said land for laying the pipeline shall, instead of vesting in the Central Government, vest on the date of publication of the declaration, in Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, free from all encumbrances. Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited shall be exclusively liable for any compensation in terms of Section 10 of the P&MP Act, 1962. According to Section13, no suit, or other legal proceeding would lie against the Central Government, Competent Authority or any State Government or Corporation for any matter relating to the pipeline. notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas S.O. No. 3944(E) dated the 25th October, 2019, issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), published in the Extra Ordinary Gazette of India dated the 31th October, 2019, the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule appended to that notification for the purpose of laying pipeline for transportation of Petroleum Product, from Hassan (Karnataka) to Cherlapalli (Telangana) Pipeline by Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited; And whereas copies of the said Extra Ordinary Gazette notification were made available to the public up to 27.12.2019. And whereas the competent authority has under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act submitted report to the Central Government; And whereas the Central Government, after considering the said report and on being satisfied that the said land is required for laying the pipeline, has decided to acquire right of user therein; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule appended to this notification is hereby acquired for laying the pipeline; And further, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 6 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby directs that the right of user in the said land for laying the pipeline shall, instead of vesting in the Central Government, vest on the date of publication of the declaration, in Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, free from all encumbrances. Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited shall be exclusively liable for any compensation in terms of Section 10 of the P&MP Act, 1962. According to Section 13, no suit, or other legal proceeding would lie against the Central Government, Competent Authority or any State Government or Corporation for any matter relating to the pipeline.
