उपधारा (1) के अधीन िारी की गई भारत सरकार के पेरोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गैस मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना संख्या का.
आ. 3491(अ) तारीख 05 अक्तूबर 2020, िो भारत के असाधारण रािपत्र तारीख 08 अक्तूबर 2020, में प्रकाजित की गई
थी, द्वारा उस अजधसूचना स े संलग्न अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्िष्टज भूजम में तले गं ाना राज्य म ें हासन से चेरलापल्ली (तले गं ाना राज्य)
तक एल.पी.िी के पररवहन के जलए जहन्द्िस्ट्ु तान पेरोजलयम कापोरेिन जलजमटेड (एच.पी.सी.एल) द्वारा पाइपलाइन जबनान े

और सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 6 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन केन्द्रीय सरकार को ररपोटज िे िी

और केन्द्रीय सरकार न,े उक्त ररपोटज पर जवचार करने के पश्चात, और यह समाधान हो िाने पर की उक्त भूजम
पाइपलाइन जबनाने के जलए अपेजक्षत ह,ै उसमें उपयोग के अजधकार का अिनज करने का जवजनश्चय दकया ह;ै

अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 6 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए,
यह घोषणा करती ह ै की इस अजधसूचना से सलं ग्न अनुसूची में जवजनर्िष्टज भूजम म ें पाइपलाइन जबनान े के जलए उपयोग के
अजधकार का अिजन दकया िाए;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 6 की उपधारा (4) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, यह
जनिेि िेती ह ैकी उक्त भूजम में उपयोग का अजधकार इस घोषणा के प्रकािन की तारीख से केन्द्रीय सरकार में जनजहत होने के
बिाए, सभी जवल्लगं मों से मक्तु होकर जहन्द्िस्ट्ु थान पेरोजलयम कापोरेिन जलजमटेड (एच.पी.सी.एल) में जनजहत होगा
पेरोजलयम और खजनि पाइपलाइन अजधजनयम, 1962 दक धारा 10 के अधीन दकसी भी क्षजतपूर्तज के जलए
जहन्द्िस्ट्ु तान पेरोजलयम कापोरेिन जलजमटेड (एच.पी.सी.एल) पणू जतया उत्तरिायी होगी और धारा 13 अधीन पाइपलाइन से
सम्बजन्द्धत दकसी भी मामले पर केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी और दकसी भी राज्य सरकार या कापोरेिन के जवरुद्द
कोई वाि या कानूनी कायजवाही नहीं हो सकेगी।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 17th February, 2021
S.O. 723(E).— Whereas by a notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and
Natural Gas S.O.No.3491(E) dated the 05th October 2020, issued under Sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Petroleum
and Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter referred to as the
said Act), published in the Extraordinary Gazette of India dated the 08th October 2020, the Central Government
declared its intention to acquire the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule appended to that notification for
the purpose of laying pipeline in state of Telangana for transportation of LPG, from Hassan (Karnataka) to Cherlapalli
(Telangana) Pipeline by Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL).
And whereas copies of the said Extraordinary Gazette notification were made available to the public up to
31 October 2020.
And whereas the competent authority has under Sub-section (1) of Section 6 of the said Act submitted report
to the Central Government.
And whereas the Central Government, after considering the said report and on being satisfied that the said
land is required for laying the pipeline, has decided to acquire right of user therein;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of the Section 6 of the said Act, the
Central Government hereby declares that the Right of User in the land specified in the Schedule appended to this
notification is hereby acquired for laying the pipeline;
And further, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (4) of Section 6 of the said Act, the Central
Government hereby directs that the Right of User in the said land for laying the pipeline shall, instead of vesting in the
Central Government, vest on the date of publication of the declaration, in Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited
(HPCL), free from all encumbrances.
Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) shall be exclusively liable for any compensation in terms of4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)]
Section 10 of the P&MP Act, 1962 and according to Section 13, no suit, claim or legal proceeding would lie against
the Central Government, Competent Authority or any State Government or Corporation for any matter relating to the

अजधसूचना की प्रजतयााँ साधारण िनता को उपलब्ध करा िी िाती है, इक्कीस दिन के भीतर, भूजम के नीचे पाइपलाइन जबनाये िाने के
जलए, उसमें उपयोग के अजधकार का अिजन करने के संबंध में श्री बी. वेंकटेश्वरलू, सक्षम प्राजधकारी, हासन -चेरलापल्ली एलपीिी

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 17th February, 2021
S.O. 724(E).— Whereas, it appears to the Central Government, that it is necessary in the public interest that
for the transportation of LPG, Hassan (Karnataka) to Cherlapalli (Telangana) pipeline should be laid by Hindustan
Petroleum Corporation Limited;
And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying the said pipeline, it is
necessary to acquire the Right of User in the land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid, in Bhoothpur
Mandal of Mahbubnagar District of Telangana State, and which is described in the Schedule annexed to this
notification;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub section (1) of Section 3 of the Petroleum and
Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition of Right of User in land ) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby
declares its intention to acquire the Right of User therein;
Any person interested in the land described in the said Schedule may, within twenty one days from the date
on which the copies of this notification issued under Sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the said Act, as published in the
Gazette of India, are made available to the general public, object in writing to the acquisition of the Right of User
therein or laying of the pipeline under the land to Shri. B. Venkateshwarlu, The Competent Authority & Deputy

S.O. 725(E).— Whereas, it appears to the Central Government, that it is necessary in the public interest that
for the transportation of LPG, Hassan (Karnataka) to Cherlapalli (Telangana) pipeline should be laid by Hindustan
Petroleum Corporation Limited;
And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying the said pipeline, it is
necessary to acquire the Right of User in the land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid, in Srirangapur
Mandal of Wanaparthy District of Telangana State, and which is described in the schedule annexed to this
notification;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub section (1) of Section 3 of the Petroleum and

का.आ. 729(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार को लोकजहत में यह आवश्यक प्रतीत होता ह ैदक हासन (कनाजटक राज्य) से चेरलापल्ली
(तेलंगाना राज्य) तक एलपीिी पररवहन के जलए जहन्द्िस्ट्ु तान पेरोजलयम कापोरेिन जलजमटेड द्वारा पाइपलाइन जबनाई िानी चाजहए;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार को उक्त पाइपलाइन जबनाने के प्रयोिन के जलए यह आवश्यक प्रतीत होता है दक ससी भूजम जिसके नीचे
पाइपलाइन जबनाई िाने का प्रस्ट्ताव ह ै और िो इस अजधसूचना िड़चेरला मंडल, जिला महबूबनगर, तेलंगाना राज्य से उपाबद्ध
अनुसूची मे वर्णजत ह,ै में उपयोग के अजधकार का अिजन दकया िाए;
अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, पेरोजलयम और खजनि पाइपलाइन (भूजम मे उपयोग के अजधकार का अिजन) अजधजनयम, 1962
(1962 का 50) की धारा 3 दक उप धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उस भूजम में उपयोग के अजधकार का अिजन करने
के अपने आिय की घोषणा करती है;
कोई व्यजक्त, िो उक्त अनुसूची में वर्णजत भूजम में जहतद्द है, उस तारीख से जिसको, भारत के रािपत्र में यथा प्रकाजित इस
अजधसूचना की प्रजतयााँ साधारण िनता को उपलब्ध करा िी िाती है, इक्कीस दिन के भीतर, भूजम के नीचे पाइपलाइन जबनाये िाने के
जलए, उसमें उपयोग के अजधकार का अिजन करने के संबंध में श्री बी. वेंकटेश्वरलू, सक्षम प्राजधकारी, हासन -चेरलापल्ली एलपीिी
पाइपलाइन पररयोिना, जहन्द्िस्ट्ु तान पेरोजलयम कापोरेिन जलजमटेड, मोडयूल न. 202, िसू रा माला, एन.एस.आई.सी.–
ई.एम.डी.बी.पी. भवन, कमलानगर, डॉ. ए. एस. रावनगर, ई.सी.आई.एल.(पी.ओ.), हिै राबाि – 500062. को जलजखत रूप मे आक्षेप

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 17th February, 2021
S.O. 729(E).— Whereas, it appears to the Central Government, that it is necessary in the public interest that
for the transportation of LPG, Hassan (Karnataka) to Cherlapalli (Telangana) pipeline should be laid by Hindustan
Petroleum Corporation Limited;
And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying the said pipeline, it is
necessary to acquire the Right of User in the land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid, in Jadcherla
Mandal of Mahbubnagar District of Telangana State, and which is described in the Schedule annexed to this
notification;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub section (1) of Section 3 of the Petroleum and
Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition of Right of User in land ) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby
declares its intention to acquire the Right of User therein;
Any person interested in the land described in the said Schedule may, within twenty one days from the date
on which the copies of this notification issued under Sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the said Act, as published in the
Gazette of India, are made available to the general public, object in writing to the acquisition of the Right of User
therein or laying of the pipeline under the land to Shri. B. Venkateshwarlu, The Competent Authority & Deputy
Collector, Hassan-Cherlapalli LPG Pipeline Project, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, Module No.202,
