And whereas, the term of office of the members nominated vide said notifications and subsequent Notifications Number G.S.R. 762(E), dated 5th December, 2007, G.S.R. 787(E), dated 24th December, 2007, G.S.R. 162(E), dated 12th March, 2009, G.S.R. 699(E) dated 24th September, 2009, G.S.R. 469(E) dated 20th June, 2011 and G.S.R. 145(E) dated 5th February, 2016 has been expired;
