%%%% eeee////;;;; iiiizznnzznnss''ss''kkkk uuuubbbbZZxxZZxx<<<<+h+h+h+h (1 ) tksfx;k dksBkj 56/3 00 01 86 (2 ) cgsjk ukudkj 356 00 05 32 [Qk- la- ,y-&14014/8/2014-th-ih-&II] Jh izdk“k vxzoky] voj lfpo MINISTRY OF PETROLEUM AND NATURAL GAS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 5th October, 2015 S.O. 2767(E).— Whereas by notification of Government of India in Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, number S.O. 924 A (E), dated. 24-03-2015, issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), Government of India declared its intention to acquire the Right of User in the land, specified in the Schedule appended to that notification for the purpose of laying Shahdol (Madhya Pradesh) - Jaysingh Nagar - Beohari - Gurh – Phulpur (Uttar Pradesh) gas pipeline for transportation of natural gas from the Sohagpur (East) and Sohagpur (West) C.B.M. blocks of M/s Reliance Industries Limited, situated under Shahdol district in Madhya Pradesh State by M/s Reliance Gas Pipelines Limited to the consumers in various parts of the country; And whereas, the copies of the said Gazette notification were made available to the public on or before 07/04/2015; And whereas, no objections have been received from the public to the laying of the pipeline; And whereas, the Competent Authority has, under sub-section (1) of Section 6 of the said Act, submitted report to the Government of India; And whereas, Government of India, after considering the said report and on being satisfied that the said land is required for laying the pipeline, has decided to acquire the Right of User therein; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 6 of the said Act, Government of India hereby declares that the Right of User in the land, specified in the Schedule, appended to this notification, is hereby acquired for laying the pipeline; And further, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 6 of the said Act, Government of India hereby directs that the Right of User in the said land for laying the pipeline shall, instead of vesting in Government¹Hkkx IIµ[k.M 3(ii)º Hkkjr dk jkti=k % vlk/kj.k 3 of India, vest on the date of publication of the declaration, in M/s Reliance Gas Pipelines Limited, free from all encumbrances.
