Reliance Industries Limited (RIL), RIL’s dedicated Dahej-Nagothane Ethane Pipeline should be laid by M/s. Reliance Gas Pipelines Limited; And whereas, the copies of the said Gazette notification were made available to the public by 21-09-2015 to 30-09- 2015; And whereas, the objections received from the public to the laying of the said pipeline have been considered and disallowed by the Competent Authority; And whereas, the Competent Authority has under sub-section (1) of Section 6 of the said Act, submitted report to the Government of India;¹Hkkx IIµ[k.M 3 (ii)º Hkkjr dk jkti=k % vlk/kj.k 3 And whereas, the Government of India, after considering the said report and on being satisfied that the said land is required for laying the said pipeline, has decided to acquire the Right of User therein, free from all encumbrances; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 6 of the said Act, the Government of India hereby declares that the Right of User in the land, specified in the Schedule, appended to this notification, is hereby acquired for laying the said pipeline; And further, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 6 of the said Act, the Government of India hereby directs that the Right of User in the said land for laying the pipeline shall, instead of vesting in the Government of India, vest on the date of publication of the declaration, in M/s. Reliance Gas Pipelines Limited, free from all encumbrances.
