Nos. and dates as mentioned in the Schedule below issued under Sub-section (i) of Section (6), Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government acquired the Right of User in the said lands specified in the schedule appended to those notifications. And Whereas, in exercise of powers conferred by Sub-section (4) of Section 6 of the said Act, the Central Government vested the right of user in the lands free from all encumbrances in the Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited. And Whereas, the Competent Authority has made a report to the Central Government that the pipeline for the purpose of transportation of motor sprit, superior kerosene oil and high speed diesel from Kota in the State of Rajasthan to Jobner in the State of Rajasthan has been laid in the said lands and hence the operation may be terminated in District Kota in the State of Rajasthan in respect of the said lands which in brief are specified in the Schedule annexed to this Notification. Now, therefore, as required under explanation 1 of Rule 4 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Rules 1963, the Central Government hereby declares the dates mentioned in Column 7 of the said schedule as the dates of termination of District Kota the State of Rajasthan.
