प्रयोजनों के जलए पंजीकृत हुअ हो और वह िुल्क ्लाजा स े बीस दकलोमीटर तक की दरू ी म ें ही रहता हो, ईसके जलए वषग 2019-20 के जलए माजसक पास की दर 265.00/-रुपए (दो सौ पैंसि रुपए मात्र) होगी और राष्‍टर ीय बहुयात्राओं हते ु पास जनम्नजलजखत दरों पर जारी दकया जाएगा, ऄथागतः् सारणी-5 संदये राजि ऄनुज्ञात एकतरफा यात्राओं की मान्द्यता ऄवजध ऄजधकतम संख्या एकतरफा यात्रा के जलए िुल्क का डेढ़ गुना दो संदाय के समय से चौबीस घंटे पचास एकल यात्राओं या ऄजधक के जलए संदये िुल्क पचास या ऄजधक संदाय की तारीख से एक मास की राजि का दो-जतहाइ 5. जजस जजल े म ें िल्ु क ्लाजा पड़ता ह ैईस जजल े म ें पंजीकृत वाजणजज्यक वाहन (राष्ट्रीय परजमट के ऄधीन चल रह े वाहनों को छोड़कर) के जलए िुल्क ईस श्रेणी के जलए वाहन के जलए जवजनर्ददष्ट िुल्क का 50% होगा बित े के ऐस े वाजणजज्यक वाहनों के ईपयोग के जलए कोइ सर्भवस रोड ऄथवा वैकजल्पक सड़क ईपलब्ध न हो। 6. जो यांजत्रक वाहन ऄपनी श्रणे ी के जलए जनधागररत ऄनुज्ञेय भार की ऄपेक्षा ऄजधक भार स े लदा हुअ होगा ईसके चालक ऄथवा माजलक ऄथवा प्रभारी व्यजि को ऐस े ऄजधक भार स े लद े हुए वाहन को राष्ट्रीय राजमाग ग म ें प्रवेि करान े के जलए िल्ु क सग्रं हण एजेंसी को ऐसी श्रेणी के यांजत्रक वाहनों के जलए लागू िल्ु क के दस गुना के बराबर िुल्क का भुगतान करना होगा और ईसे राजमागग खण्ड का ईपयोग करने की तब तक ऄनुमजत नहीं होगी जब तक दक ऐस े यांजत्रक वाहन स े ऄजधक भार को हटा न ददया जाए। 7. यांजत्रक वाहनों की श्रेणी, ईनके जलए ऄनुज्ञेय भार, छूट-प्राप्त वाहनों की श्रेणी, सर्भवस रोड, वैकजल्पक सड़क अदद सजहत सभी पररभाषाएं जनयमों म ें जवजनर्ददष्ट पररभाषाओं के ऄनुसार होंगी। 8. ईि जनयमों के जनयम 12 के ऄनुसार, ईपयोगकतागओं की जानकारी के जलए िुल्क की दरों को प्रदर्भित दकया जाएगा। 9. उपर सारणी-1 म ें यथा-ईजल्लजखत, अधार वष ग 2007-08 के जलए प्रजत दकलोमीटर िल्ु क की अधार दर के अधार पर, यांजत्रक वाहनों से जलए जान े वाल े वास्ट्तजवक िल्ु क और छूट की गणना राजमागग पररयोजना के परू े कर जलए भाग की लम्‍बाइ के अधार पर प्राजधकरण द्वारा की जायेगी। ईसे प्राजधकरण द्वारा ररयायतग्राही के माध् यम स े ऄग्रं ेजी और स्ट्थानीय भाषा के कम-से-कम एक समाचार पत्र म ें प्रकाजित करवाया जाएगा और तत्प श् चात ईक्त जनयमों के जनयम 5 के ऄनुसार तथा ररयायतग्राही के साथ हुए करार के प्रावधान के ऄनुसार ईसम ें वार्भषक तौर पर संिोधन दकया जाएगा और प्रकाजित दकया जाएगा, परन्द् तु ितग यह ह ै दक िल्ु क म ें जपछली बार की गइ वृजि की issued under Section 11 of the National Highways Authority of India Act, 1988 (68 of 1988), the Central Government has entrusted the stretch from km 93.700 to km 283.300 (Goa/Karnataka Border-Kundapur Section) of National Highway No. 17 (New NH-66) in the State of Karnataka to the National Highways Authority of India (hereinafter referred to as the ―Authority‖); And whereas, pursuant to the provision of Section 14 of the National Highways Authority of India Act, 1988 (68 of 1988), the Authority has entered into an agreement on 25/03/2013 (hereinafter referred to as ―said agreement‖) with Maharashtra, India (hereinafter referred to as the ―Concessionaire‖), the successful bidder for bids submitted on 30/03/2012 for the development Goa- Karnataka Border to Kundapur Section from Km 93.700 to Km 283.300 [design chainage Km 93.700 to design chainage Km 280.940) on National Highway No. 17 (New NH-66) in the State of Karnataka (hereinafter referred to as the ―said section‖) to four laning, operation and maintenance of the said section under NHDP Phase-IV on Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) Toll Basis and operation and maintenance of the said section. The rate of monthly pass for a person who owns a mechanical vehicle registered for non-commercial purposes and resides within a distance of twenty kilometers from the fee plaza is Rs. 265.00 (Rupees Two Hundred Sixty Five only) for the year 2019-20 which is subject to revision every year as per the provisions of the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules, 2008. 4. Fee for commercial vehicle (excluding vehicles plying under national permit) registered in the district where the fee plaza falls shall be 50% of the prescribed rate for that category of vehicle provided no service road or alternative road is available for use of such commercial vehicles. 6. The driver or owner or a person in charge of a mechanical vehicle which is loaded in excess of permissible load specified for its category, shall be liable to pay fee for entering the overloaded vehicle on the National Highway to the toll collecting agency, equal to ten times of the fee applicable to such category of mechanical vehicle and shall not be entitled to make use of the highway section unless the excess load has been removed from such mechanical vehicle. 7. All definitions, category of mechanical vehicles, its permissible load, category of exempted vehicles, service road, alternative road etc. shall be as per definitions specified in the Rules.भाग II खण् ड (ii) भारत का राजपत्र : ऄसाधारण 7 8. The Fee rates shall be displayed for information of the users in accordance with rules 12 of the said rules. 9. Based on the Base Rate of Fee per km for the base year 2007-08 as mentioned in Table-1 above, the actual amount of fee to be charged from the mechanical vehicles and the discounts will be calculated by the Authority on the basis of completed length of the Project Highway. The same shall be got published by the Authority in at least one newspaper in English and vernacular language through the concessionaire and thereafter revised annually in accordance with the rule 5 of the said rules and provision of Concession Agreement and got published, provided that no revision shall be effected within a period of 6 (six) months from the date of the preceding revision of Fee.
