वाहनF क(cid:29) vणे ी, सhवस रोड, वैकि(cid:6)पक सड़क आ(cid:4)द सिहत सभी प रभाषाए ंिनयमF म /िविनLदM प रभाषाe के अनुसार हFगी। 8. उZ िनयमF के िनयम 12 के अनुसार, उपयोगकताe(cid:23) क(cid:29) जानकारी के िलए श(cid:6)ु क क(cid:29) दरF को (cid:24)दhशत (cid:4)कया जाएगा। 9. ऊपर सारणी-1 म / यथा-उि(cid:6)लिखत, आधार वष(cid:23) 2007-08 के िलए (cid:24)ित (cid:4)कलोमीटर शु(cid:6)क क(cid:29) आधार दर के आधार पर, यांि%क वाहनF से िलए जान े वाल े वा,तिवक शु(cid:6)क और कटौितयF क(cid:29) गणना (cid:24)ािधकरण +ारा खंडF क(cid:29) परू ी कर ली गई ल)बाई के आधार पर क(cid:29) जायगे ी और उसम /उZ िनयमF के िनयम 5 के अनसु ार वाhषक तौर पर संशोधन (cid:4)कया जाएगा तथा उस,े तदनुसार, अंGेजी और ,थानीय भाषा के कम-स-े कम एक-एक समाचार प% म/ (cid:24)कािशत (cid:4)कया जाएगा। 10. इस प रयोजना क(cid:29) अनमु ािनत पूंजीगत लागत 1293.00 करोड़ ^पए ह।ै पूंजी लागत म / प रवत(cid:23)न हो सकता ह ै 0 यF(cid:4)क भिू म अज(cid:23)न, जन-उपयोिगता सवे ाe का , थान बदलन,े पेड़F क(cid:29) कटाई आ(cid:4)द जसै े (cid:4)kयाकलाप अभी परू े (cid:4)कए जान े शेष ह।p अंितम पूंजीगत लागत को अलग से अिधसिू चत (cid:4)कया जाएगा। (cid:24)ािधकरण +ारा (cid:24)योगकताe(cid:23) से वसूल (cid:4)कए गए शु(cid:6)क के ज रए पूंजीगत लागत क(cid:29) वसूली का रकाड (cid:23) रखा जाएगा और पूंजीगत लागत क(cid:29) वसलू ी हो जाने के पz चात, लगाए जान े वाल े शु(cid:6)क क(cid:29) दरF को घटाकर 40% कर (cid:4)दया जाएगा और उZ िनयमF के अनसु ार इस म / वाhषक तौर पर संशोधन (cid:4)कया जाएगा। [फा. सं. भारारा(cid:24)ा/13013/680/सीओ/18-19/जीसी/जयपरु }रग रोड-आगरा अजमरे रोड स0े शन] ि(cid:24)याकं भारती, संयुZ सिचव MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 30th July, 2019 S.O. 2847(E).—Whereas by notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways S.O 07 (E) dated 31st December 2018 issued under section 11 of the National Highways Authority of India Act, 1988 (68 of 1988), the Central Government has entrusted the stretch from Junction with NH-48 at km 280.300 intersecting NH-52 and terminating at its junction with NH-21 at km 222.750 of National Highway No. 148C in the State Rajasthan to the National Highways Authority of India (hereinafter referred to as the “Authority”); Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), read with rule 3 of the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules, 2008 (hereinafter referred to as the “rules”), the Central Government hereby levies the fee on mechanical vehicles at the rate specified in column (2) of the Table 1 for equivalent structure length (having length more than 60 m) of 13.11 km (having length 1.311 km) for the use of four and more lane section and for one and one half times the base rate for bypass(es) having an aggregate length of 45.089 km [excluding 1.311 Km. of structure (having length more than 60 m)] on the Type of Vehicles specified in column (1) of the Table 1 below for the use of Six Lane section from km. 0.300 to km. 46.700 (Design Chainage) (Jaipur Ring Road between Agra Road and Ajmer Road) on NH-148C in the State of Rajasthan and authorises the Authority to collect, either through its officials or through a contractor, the said fee, namely TABLE 1 Type of vehicle Base rate of fee per km for the base year 2007-08 (in Rupees) (1) (2) Car, Jeep, Van or Light Motor Vehicle 0.65 Light Commercial Vehicle, Light Goods Vehicle or Mini Bus 1.05 Bus or Truck (Two Axles) 2.20 Three-axle commercial vehicles 2.40 Heavy Construction Machinery (HCM) or Earth Moving Equipment 3.45 (EME) or Multi Axle Vehicle (MAV) (four to six axles) Oversized Vehicles (seven or more axles) 4.20¹Hkkx IIµ[k.M 3(ii)] Hkkjr dk jkti=k % vlk/kj.k 5 1. The rate of monthly pass for a person who owns a mechanical vehicle registered for non-commercial purposes and resides within a distance of twenty kilometres from the fee plaza is Rs. 265.00 (Rupees Two Hundred Sixty Five only) for the year 2019-20 and is subject to revision every year as per the provisions of the said rules. 4. For multiple journeys on the highway section, passes shall be issued at the following rates, namely:- Amount Payable Maximum number of one Period of validity way journeys allowed One and half times of the fee for one Two Twenty four hours from the time of way journey payment Two-third of amount of the fee payable Fifty One month from date of payment for fifty single journeys 5. Fee for commercial vehicle (excluding vehicles plying under National permit) registered in the district where the fee plaza falls shall be 50% of the specified rate for that category of vehicle provided no service road or alternative road is available for use of such commercial vehicles. 6. The driver or owner or a person in charge of a mechanical vehicle which is loaded in excess of permissible load specified for its category, shall be liable to pay fee for entering the overloaded vehicle on the National Highway to the fee collecting agency, equal to the fee specified in sub-rule 1A of rule 10 of the said rules, and shall not be entitled to make use of the highway section unless the excess load has been removed from such mechanical vehicle. 7. All definitions including category of mechanical vehicles, its permissible load, category of exempted vehicles, service road, alternative road, etc. shall be as per definitions specified in the said rules. 8. The fee rates shall be displayed for information of the users in accordance with rule 12 of the said rules. 9. Based on the base rate of fee per kilometer for the base year 2007-08 as mentioned in Table-1 above, the actual amount of fee to be charged from the mechanical vehicles and the discounts will be calculated by the Authority on the basis of the completed length of the section and revised annually in accordance with the rule 5 of the said rules and the same shall be published in at least one newspaper in English and vernacular language. 10. The estimated capital cost of the project is Rupees 1293.00 Crore. The capital cost is subject to variation as the activities of land acquisition, utility shifting, tree cutting, etc. are yet to be completed and the final capital cost will be notified separately. The Authority shall maintain a record of the recovery of capital cost through user fee realised and after recovery of the capital cost, the fee leviable shall be reduced to 40% of the rates and shall be revised annually in accordance with the said rules.
