New Delhi, the 15th March, 2021
S.O. 1250(E).—Whereas, by notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road
Transport and Highways number. S.O. 465(E) dated 26th Apr 2002 issued under Section 11 of the National
Highway Authority of India Act 1988 (68 of 1988), the Central Government has entrusted the stretch from
Km 0.000 to Km 103.000 (revised section Km 16.000 to Km 98.455) of NH-75 (New NH-44, Gwalior to
Jhansi section) in the state of Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh to the National Highways Authority of
India (hereinafter referred to as the Authority).
Now, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of
1956), read with Rule 3 of the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules 2008
and amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the
notification published vide S.O. 583(E) dated 06.02.2020.
a. For the words and figures in Para 2 of Notes above Table 1, following shall be substituted:
