े 6ए वाहन को रा(cid:13)ीय राजमाग(cid:17) म% (cid:18)वेश कराने के िलए शु(cid:3)क सं2हण एजस% ी को िनयम 10 के उप िनयम 1ए म% िविन:द;(cid:17) के अनुसार श(cid:3)ु क का भगु तान करना होगा और उस े राजमाग(cid:17) ख)ड का उपयोग करने क(cid:22) तब तक अनमु ित नहl होगी जब तक (cid:1)क ऐसे यािं (cid:29)क वाहन स े अिधक भार को हटा नहl (cid:1)दया जाए। 9. यांि(cid:29)क वाहन1 क(cid:22) sेणी, उनके िलए अनुuेय भार, छूट-(cid:18)ाv वाहन1 क(cid:22) sेणी, सeव(cid:17)स रोड, वैकि(cid:3)पक सड़क आ(cid:1)द सिहत सभी प(cid:24)रभाषाए ंिनयम1 म %िविन:द;(cid:17) प(cid:24)रभाषाd के अनुसार ह1गी । 10. उ4 िनयम1 के िनयम 11112222 के अनुसार, उपयोगकताd(cid:17) क(cid:22) जानकारी के िलए श(cid:3)ु क क(cid:22) दर1 को (cid:18)दeशत(cid:17) (cid:1)कया जाएगा । 11. ऊपर सा(cid:24)रणी-1 म% यथा – उि(cid:3)लिखत आधार वष (cid:17) Transport and Highways number S.O 78 (E) dated 04th February’1999 issued under section 11 of the National Highways Authority of India Act, 1988 (68 of 1988), the Central Government has entrusted the stretch from km 0.000 to km 45.62 (Allahabad to Uttar Pradesh/Madhya Pradesh Border Section) of National Highway No. 27 in the State of Uttar Pradesh to the National Highways Authority of India (hereinafter referred to as the “Authority”); Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), read with Rule 3 of the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules, 2008 (hereinafter referred to as the “rules”), the Central Government hereby levies the fee on mechanical vehicles at the rate specified in column (2) of the Table 1 for net road length of 38.4185 km and for equivalent structure length (having length more than 60m) of 1.305 km (having length of 0.1305 km) and at one and one half times the base rate for bypasses having length of 3.170 km costing rupees ten crore or more on the type of vehicles specified in column (1) of the Table 1 below for the use of four and more lane of Allahabad to Uttar Pradesh/Madhya Pradesh Border Section from design km 4.285 to km 46.004 (existing km 4.285 to km 45.627) of National Highway number 27 (new NH-30) and/or for Naini bridge as specified in the notification S. O. 298 (E) dated 14th January, 2019 for the specified length therein shall also be collected for Naini bridge on Allahabad-Mangawan section from km 0.000 to km 5.410 (on another base, Chainage is km (-) 1.125 to km 4.285, however, there is no overlap in road length), for recovery of 47.5% of the balance capital cost of Rs. 267.70 Cr. (as on Sept, 2018) of the Naini Bridge. 5. The rate of monthly pass for a person who owns a mechanical vehicle registered for non-commercial purposes and resides within a distance of twenty kilometres from the fee plaza is Rs. 255.00 (Rupees Two Hundred Fifty Five only) for the year 2018-19 and is subject to revision every year as per the provisions of the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules, 2008. 6. For multiple journeys on the highway section, passes shall be issued at the following rates, namely:- Amount Payable Maximum number of Period of validity one way journeys allowed One and half times of the fee for one way Two Twenty four hours from the time of payment journey Two-third of amount of the fee payable for Fifty One month from date of payment fifty single journeys 7. Fee for commercial vehicle (excluding vehicles plying under National permit) registered in the district where the fee plaza falls shall be 50% of the specified rate for that category of vehicle provided no service road or alternative road is available for use of such commercial vehicles. 8. The driver or owner or a person in charge of a mechanical vehicle which is loaded in excess of permissible load specified for its category, shall be liable to pay fee for entering the overloaded vehicle on the National Highway to the fee collecting agency, equal to the fee specified in sub-rule 1A of rule 10 of the said rules, and shall not be entitled to make use of the highway section unless the excess load has been removed from such mechanical vehicle. 9. All definitions including category of mechanical vehicles, its permissible load, category of exempted vehicles, service road, alternative road, etc. shall be as per definitions specified in the said rules. 10. The fee rates shall be displayed for information of the users in accordance with rules 12 of the said rules. 11. Based on the base rate of fee per kilometer for the base year 2007-08 as mentioned in Table-1 above, the actual amount of fee to be charged from the mechanical vehicles and the discounts will be calculated by the Authority on the basis of the completed length of the section and revised annually in accordance with the rule 5 of the said rules and the same shall be published in at least one newspaper in English and vernacular language. 12. The estimated capital cost of the project is Rupees 774.57 Crore. The capital cost is subject to variation as the activities of land acquisition, utility shifting, tree cutting, etc. are yet to be completed and the final capital cost will be notified separately. The Authority shall maintain a record of the recovery of capital cost through user fee realised and after recovery of the capital cost, the fee leviable shall be reduced to 40% of the rates and shall be revised annually in accordance with the said rules.
