म(cid:2) असम रा-य , िजला कछार, मौज़ा और परगना अनसु ूची के अनुसार, ओ. एन. जी. सी िलिमटेड - ए ए एफ बी
ए/स0लोरेटरी एसेट ( पूव (cid:20) म (cid:2) कछार फॉरवड(cid:20) बसे , के 5प म (cid:2) जाना जाता था), 6ीकोना 7ारा भबू ंदर से धोनेहारी
(बीय-ू 2 से बीके- 1 ि8ल साइट तक) गसै पाइपलाइन के मा9यम से (cid:31)ाकृितक गसै के प:रवहन के िलए पाइपलाइन

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 3rd September, 2019
S.O. 3463(E).— Whereas by the notification of Government of India in Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas
vide S.O. No. 4953(E) dated 18.09.2018 issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipeline
(Acquisition of Right of Users in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), Government of
India declared its intention to acquire the Right of User in the land specified in the Schedule appended to that notification
for the purpose of laying pipeline for transportation of natural gas through Gas Pipeline by ONGC Ltd. AAFB
Exploratory Asset (earlier known as Cachar Forward Base, Srikona, from Bhubandahar to Dhonehari (BU-2 to
BK-1 Drill Site) in Mouza and Pargona as per schedule mentioned below in the District Cachar, in the State of Assam.
And whereas copies of the said Gazette notification were made available to the public;
And, whereas the Competent Authority has, under sub-section (1) of Section 6 of the said Act, submitted his
report to Government of India;
And whereas Government of India after considering the said report and on being satisfied that the said land is
required for laying the pipelines, has decided to acquire the Right of User therein;¹Hkkx IIµ[k.M 3(ii)º Hkkjr dk jkti=k % vlk/kj.k 3
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act, Government
of India hereby declares that the Right of User in the land specified in the Schedule appended to this notification is
hereby acquired for laying the pipeline;
And, further, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 6 of the said Act, Government of
India hereby directs that the Right of User in the land for laying the pipeline shall, instead of vesting in Government of
India, vest, on this date of the publication of the declaration, in the ONGC Limited, free from all encumbrances.

for the purpose of laying pipeline for transportation of natural gas through Gas Pipeline by ONGC Ltd. AAFB
Exploratory Asset (earlier known as Cachar Forward Base, Srikona, from Bhubandahar to Dhonehari (BU-2 to
BK-1 Drill Site) in Mouza and Pargona as per schedule mentioned below in the District Cachar, in the State of Assam.
And whereas copies of the said Gazette notification were made available to the public;
And, whereas the Competent Authority has, under sub-section (1) of Section 6 of the said Act, submitted his
report to Government of India;
And whereas Government of India after considering the said report and on being satisfied that the said land is
required for laying the pipelines, has decided to acquire the Right of User therein;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act, Government
of India hereby declares that the Right of User in the land specified in the Schedule appended to this notification is
hereby acquired for laying the pipeline;
And, further, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 6 of the said Act, Government of
India hereby directs that the Right of User in the land for laying the pipeline shall, instead of vesting in Government of
India, vest, on this date of the publication of the declaration, in the ONGC Limited, free from all encumbrances.

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 3rd September, 2019
S.O. 3468(E).— Whereas by the notification of Government of India in Ministry of Petroleum and Natural
Gas vide S.O. No. 4949(E) dated 18.09.2018 issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and
Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition of Right of Users in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962) (hereinafter referred to as the
said Act), Government of India declared its intention to acquire the Right of User in the land specified in the
Schedule appended to that notification for the purpose of laying pipeline for transportation of natural gas through
Gas Pipeline by ONGC Ltd. AAFB Exploratory Asset (earlier known as Cachar Forward Base), Srikona, from
Bhubandahar to Dhonehari (BU-2 to BK-1 Drill Site) in Mouza and Pargona as per schedule mentioned below
in the District Cachar, in the State of Assam.
And whereas copies of the said Gazette notification were made available to the public;
And, whereas the Competent Authority has, under sub-section (1) of Section 6 of the said Act, submitted
his report to Government of India;
And whereas Government of India after considering the said report and on being satisfied that the said
land is required for laying the pipelines, has decided to acquire the Right of User therein;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act,
Government of India hereby declares that the Right of User in the land specified in the Schedule appended to this
notification is hereby acquired for laying the pipeline;
And, further, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 6 of the said Act,
Government of India hereby directs that the Right of User in the land for laying the pipeline shall, instead of
vesting in Government of India, vest, on this date of the publication of the declaration, in the ONGC Limited, free
from all encumbrances.
