और केन्द्रीय सरकार न े उक्त ररपोट ज पर जवचार करन े के पश्चात और यह समाधान हो िाने पर दक उक्त भूजम

अजधकार अर्िजत दकया िाए:
और केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 6 की उपधारा (4) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए , यह
जनिेि िेती ह ैदक उक्त भूजम म ेंउपयोग का अजधकार इस घोषणा के प्रकािन की तारीख स े केन्द्रीय सरकार म ें जनजहत होने के
बिाय सभी जवल्लंगमों स ेमुक्त होकर आई.एच.बी. प्रा. म ें जनजहत होगा।
पेरोजलयम और खजनि पाइपलाइन अजधजनयम, 1962 की धारा 10 के अधीन दकसी भी क्षजतपूर्तज के जलए
आई.एच.बी. प्रा. पूणतज या उत्तरिायी होगी और पाइपलाईन से सम्बजन्द्धत दकसी भी मामल े पर केन्द्रीय सरकार के जवरुद्ध

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 15th January, 2021
S.O. 299(E).—Whereas by the notification of The Government of India in the Ministry of
Petroleum and Natural Gas, published in the Gazette No. 3129 date 12/10/2020 S.O No. 3529(E) date
07/10/2020 part-II, Section-3, Sub-Section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum
and minerals pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (Hereinafter referred
to as the said Act) the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the right of user In the land
situated in Tehsil Mahemdabad District Kheda in Gujarat State, specified in the schedule appended to that
notification for the purpose of laying pipeline for the transportation of petroleum from Kandla in the State
Gujarat to Gorakhpur in the Uttar Pradesh by the IHB Pvt Ltd.for implementing the “Kandla-Gorakhpur
LPG Pipeline Project”.
And whereas the copies of the said Gazette notification were made available to the public on
12/10/2020.
And whereas the Competent Authority has under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act, has
submitted his report Central Government.
And whereas, the central Government after Considering the report and on being satisfied tha
the said land is required for laying the pipeline, has decided to acquire right of the user therein;
Now therefore, in exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1) of section6 of the said
Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule
appended to this notification is hereby acquired for laying the pipeline;
And further, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 6 of the said Act,
the Central Government hereby directs that the right of user of the said land for laying the pipeline
shall, instead of vesting in the Central Government, vests on the date of publication of the
declaration, in IHB Pvt Ltd, free from all encumbrances.
I.H.B PVT. LTD shall be exclusively liable for any compensation in terms of section 10 of
the P & MP Act, 1962 and suit, claim or legal proceeding would lie against the Central Government on
any matter relating to pipeline.

New Delhi, the 15th January, 2021
S.O. 300(E).—Whereas by the notification of The Government of India in the Ministry
of Petroleum and Natural Gas, published in the Gazette No. 3129 date 12/10/2020
S.O No. 3530(E) date 07/10/2020 part-II, Section-3, Sub-Section (ii) issued under
sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and minerals pipelines (Acquisition of Right of
User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (Hereinafter referred to as the said Act) the Central
Government declared its intention to acquire the right of user In the land situated in Tehsil
Nadiad District Kheda in Gujarat State, specified in the schedule appended to that notification for
the purpose of laying pipeline for the transportation of petroleum from Kandla in the State Gujarat
to Gorakhpur in the Uttar Pradesh by the IHB Pvt. Ltd. for implementing the “Kandla-Gorakhpur
LPG Pipeline Project”
And whereas the copies of the said Gazette notification were made available to the public
on 12/10/2020;
And whereas the Competent Authority has under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said
Act, has submitted his report Central Government.
And whereas, the central Government after Considering the report and on being satisfied
that the said land is required for laying the pipeline, has decided to acquire right of the user

Now therefore, in exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the
said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the right of user in the land specified in
the Schedule appended to this notification is hereby acquired for laying the pipeline;
And further, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 6 of the said
Act, the Central Government hereby directs that the right of user of the said land for laying
the pipeline shall, instead of vesting in the Central Government, vests on the date of
publication of the declaration, in IHB Pvt ltd, free from all encumbrances .
IHB PVT.LTD shall be exclusively liable for any compensation in terms of section 10 of
the P & MP Act, 1962 and suit, claim or legal proceeding would lie against the Central
Government on any matter relating to pipeline.

should be laid by IHB Private Limited. And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the
purpose of laying the said pipeline, it is necessary to acquire the right of user in the land described in the
schedule annexed to this notification;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub section (1) of section 3 of the
Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in land ) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the
Central Government hereby declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein;
Any person interested in the land described in the said schedule may, within twenty–one days from
the date on which the copies of this notification, as published in the Gazette of India, are made available to
the General Public, object in writing to the acquisition of the right of user therein or laying of the pipeline
under the land to Competent Authority, Prant Officer, Taluka Sevasadan, Halvad Road, Dhrangadhra,
Surendranagar - 363310.

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 15th January, 2021
S.O. 302(E).—Whereas, it appears to the Central Government that it is necessary in the public
interest that for the transportation of Petroleum Products from Kandla to Gorakhpur in the State of Gujarat
should be laid by IHB Private Limited. And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 55
purpose of laying the said pipeline, it is necessary to acquire the right of user in the land described in the
schedule annexed to this notification;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub section (1) of section 3 of the
Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in land ) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the
Central Government hereby declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein;
Any person interested in the land described in the said schedule may, within twenty–one days from
the date on which the copies of this notification, as published in the Gazette of India, are made available to
the General Public, object in writing to the acquisition of the right of user therein or laying of the pipeline
under the land to Competent Authority, Prant Officer, Taluka Sevasadan, Halvad Road, Dhrangadhra,
Surendranagar - 363310.
