और ईक्त राजपत्र ऄजधसूचना की सूचना संबंजधत भ-ू स्ट्वाजमयों को तारीख 24 माचज 2021 तक ईपलब्ध करा दी गइ थी ;
और श्री ऄरुण कुमार झा, सक्षम प्राजधकारी (पटना, जबहार) ने ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 6 की ईपधारा (1) के ऄधीन केन्द्रीय
सरकार को ररपोटज द ेदी ह ै;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार ने, ईक्त ररपोटज पर जवचार करने के पश्चात और यह समाधान हो जाने पर दक ईक्त भूजम पाआपलाआन

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 22nd July, 2021
S.O. 3011(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of india in the Ministry of Petroleum and
Natural Gas S.O. No. 478(E) dated the 22nd January, 2021, issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the petroleum
and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter referred to as the
said Act), published in the Gazette of india dated the 1th February 2021 the Central Government declared its
intention to acquire the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule appended to that notification for the purpose
of laying Augmentation of “Muzaffarpur-Motihari Pipeline Project” for the transportation of LPG Products in Block-
Sugauli, District- East Champaran in the state of Bihar by Indian Oil Corporation Limited ;
And whereas copies of the said Gazette notification were made available to the concerned land owner by 24
March 2021.
And whereas Shri Arun Kumar Jha, Competent Authority Patna (Bihar) has under sub-section (1) of section
6 of the said Act submitted report to the Central Government ;6 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)]
And whereas the Central Government, after considering the said report and on being satisfied that the said
land is required for laying the pipeline, has decided to acquire right of user therein ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act, the
Central Government hereby declares that the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule appended to this
notification is hereby acquired for laying the pipeline ;
And further, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 6 of the said Act, the Central
Government hereby directs that the right of user in the said land for laying the pipeline shall, instead of vesting in the
Central Government, vest on the date of publication of the declaration, in Indian Oil Corporation Limeted, free from
all encumbrances.

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 22nd July, 2021
S.O. 3012(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of india in the Ministry of Petroleum and
Natural Gas S.O. No. 3687(E) dated the 13th October, 2020, issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the
petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter referred
to as the said Act), published in the Gazette of india dated the 20th October 2020 the Central Government declared its
intention to acquire the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule appended to that notification for the purpose
of laying Augmentation of “Muzaffarpur-Motihari Pipeline Project” for the transportation of LPG Products in Block-
Pipra Kothi, District- East Champaran in the state of Bihar by Indian Oil Corporation Limited ;
And whereas copies of the said Gazette notification were made available to the concerned land owner by 24
March 2021.
And whereas Shri Arun Kumar Jha, Competent Authority Patna (Bihar) has under sub-section (1) of section
6 of the said Act submitted report to the Central Government ;
And whereas the Central Government, after considering the said report and on being satisfied that the said
land is required for laying the pipeline, has decided to acquire right of user therein ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act, the
Central Government hereby declares that the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule appended to this
notification is hereby acquired for laying the pipeline ;
And further, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 6 of the said Act, the Central
Government hereby directs that the right of user in the said land for laying the pipeline shall, instead of vesting in the
Central Government, vest on the date of publication of the declaration, in Indian Oil Corporation Limeted, free from
all encumbrances.

का. अ. 3013(ऄ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार ने पेरोजलयम और खजनज पाआपलाआन (भूजम के ईपयोग का ऄजजन) ऄजधजनयम 1962
(1962 का 50) (जजसे आसमें आसके पश्चात ईक्त ऄजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 3 की ईपधारा (1) के ऄधीन जारी की गइ भारत
सरकार के पेरोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गैस मंत्रालय की ऄजधसूचना सख्ं या का.अ. 3688(ऄ) तारीख 13 ऄक्तूबर 2020, जो भारत के
राजपत्र तारीख 20 ऄक्तूबर, 2020 में प्रकाजित की गइ थी द्वारा ईस ऄजधसूचना में जवजनर्ददष्ट भूजम में जबहार राज्य में “मुजफ्फरपुर-
मोजतहारी पाआपलाआन पररयोजना” के ऄंतगजत एलपीजी के पररवहन हते ु ऄंचल- तरु कौजलया, जजला- पूवी चम्पारण में एलपीजी
पररवहन के जलए आंजडयन ऑयल कॉपोरेिन जलजमटेड द्वारा पाआपलाआन जबछाने के प्रयोजन के जलए ईपयोग के ऄजधकार के ऄजजन के
ऄपने अिय की घोषणा की थी :
और ईक्त राजपत्र ऄजधसूचना की सूचना संबंजधत भू-स्ट्वाजमयों को तारीख 24 माचज 2021 तक ईपलब्ध करा दी गइ थी ;
और श्री ऄरुण कुमार झा, सक्षम प्राजधकारी (पटना, जबहार) ने ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 6 की ईपधारा (1) के ऄधीन केन्द्रीय
सरकार को ररपोटज द ेदी ह ै;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार ने, ईक्त ररपोटज पर जवचार करने के पश्चात और यह समाधान हो जाने पर दक ईक्त भूजम पाआपलाआन
जबछाने के जलए ऄपेजक्षत है, ईसमें ईपयोग के ऄजधकार का ऄजजन करने का जवजनष्चय दकया ह ै ;
ऄतः ऄब, केन्द्रीय सरकार ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 6 की ईपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए यह घोषणा
करती ह ै दक आस ऄजधसूचना से सलं ग्न ऄनुसूची में जवजनर्ददष्ट भूजम म ें पाआपलाआन जबछाने के जलए ईपयोग के ऄजधकार का ऄजजन दकया

दक ईक्त भूजम में ईपयोग का ऄजधकार आस घोषणा के प्रकािन की तारीख से केन्द्रीय सरकार में जनजहत होने के बजाए, सभी जवल्लंगमों
से मुक्त होकर आंजडयन ऑयल कॉपोरेिन जलजमटेड में जनजहत होगी ।

का. अ. 3014(ऄ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार ने पेरोजलयम और खजनज पाआपलाआन (भूजम के ईपयोग का ऄजजन) ऄजधजनयम 1962
(1962 का 50) (जजसे आसमें आसके पश्चात ईक्त ऄजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 3 की ईपधारा (1) के ऄधीन जारी की गइ भारत
सरकार के पेरोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गैस मंत्रालय की ऄजधसूचना सख्ं या का.अ. 3686(ऄ) तारीख 13 ऄक्तूबर 2020, जो भारत के
राजपत्र तारीख 20 ऄक्तूबर, 2020 में प्रकाजित की गइ थी द्वारा ईस ऄजधसूचना में जवजनर्ददष्ट भूजम में जबहार राज्य में “मुजफ्फरपुर-
मोजतहारी पाआपलाआन पररयोजना” के ऄंतगजत एलपीजी के पररवहन हते ु ऄंचल- बजं ररया, जजला- पवू ी चम्पारण में एलपीजी पररवहन
के जलए आंजडयन ऑयल कॉपोरेिन जलजमटेड द्वारा पाआपलाआन जबछाने के प्रयोजन के जलए ईपयोग के ऄजधकार के ऄजजन के ऄपने अिय
की घोषणा की थी :
और ईक्त राजपत्र ऄजधसूचना की सूचना संबंजधत भू-स्ट्वाजमयों को तारीख 24 माचज 2021 तक ईपलब्ध करा दी गइ थी ;
और श्री ऄरुण कुमार झा, सक्षम प्राजधकारी (पटना, जबहार) ने ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 6 की ईपधारा (1) के ऄधीन केन्द्रीय
सरकार को ररपोटज द ेदी ह ै;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार ने, ईक्त ररपोटज पर जवचार करने के पश्चात और यह समाधान हो जाने पर दक ईक्त भूजम पाआपलाआन

करती ह ै दक आस ऄजधसूचना से सलं ग्न ऄनुसूची में जवजनर्ददष्ट भूजम म ें पाआपलाआन जबछाने के जलए ईपयोग के ऄजधकार का ऄजजन दकया
जाए ;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 6 की ईपधारा (4) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह जनदिे दते ी है
दक ईक्त भूजम में ईपयोग का ऄजधकार आस घोषणा के प्रकािन की तारीख से केन्द्रीय सरकार में जनजहत होने के बजाए, सभी जवल्लंगमों

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 22nd July, 2021
S.O. 3014(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of india in the Ministry of Petroleum and
Natural Gas S.O. No. 3686(E) dated the 13th October, 2020, issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the
petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter referred
to as the said Act), published in the Gazette of india dated the 20th October 2020 the Central Government declared its
intention to acquire the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule appended to that notification for the purpose
of laying Augmentation of “Muzaffarpur-Motihari Pipeline Project” for the transportation of LPG Products in Block-
Banjaria, District- East Champaran in the state of Bihar by Indian Oil Corporation Limited ;
And whereas copies of the said Gazette notification were made available to the concerned land owner by 24
March 2021.
And whereas Shri Arun Kumar Jha, Competent Authority Patna (Bihar) has under sub-section (1) of section
6 of the said Act submitted report to the Central Government ;
And whereas the Central Government, after considering the said report and on being satisfied that the said
land is required for laying the pipeline, has decided to acquire right of user therein ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act, the
Central Government hereby declares that the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule appended to this
notification is hereby acquired for laying the pipeline ;
And further, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 6 of the said Act, the Central
Government hereby directs that the right of user in the said land for laying the pipeline shall, instead of vesting in the
Central Government, vest on the date of publication of the declaration, in Indian Oil Corporation Limeted, free from
