No. 2490 dated the 11th October, 2017, issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), published in the Gazette of India dated the 21th October, 2017 the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule appended to that notification for the purpose of laying ‘Paradip-Haldia-Durgapur LPG Pipeline and its extension up to Patna and Muzaffarpur’ Pipeline Project’ for the transportation of Petroleum Products in Circle-Kharagpur, District-Munger in the state of Bihar by Indian Oil Corporation Limited; And whereas copies of the said Gazette notification were made available to the Concerned land owner by 7th September 2018. And whereas Bhubneshwar Mishra, Competent Authority Barauni (Bihar) has under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act submitted report to the Central Government; And whereas the Central Government, after considering the said report and on being satisfied that the said land is required for laying the pipeline, has decided to acquire right of user therein; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule appended to this notification is hereby acquired for laying the pipeline; And further, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 6 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby directs that the right of user in the said land for laying the pipeline shall, instead of vesting in the Central Government, vest on the date of publication of the declaration, in Indian Oil Corporation Limited, free from all encumbrances. 2018 S.O. 6231(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas S.O. No. 2797 dated the 11th October, 2017, issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), published in the Gazette of India dated the 16th December, 2017 the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule appended to that notification for the purpose of laying ‘Paradip-Haldia-Durgapur LPG Pipeline and its Muzaffarpur’ Pipeline Project’ for the transportation of Petroleum Products in Circle-Bausi, District-Banka in the state of Bihar by Indian Oil Corporation Limited; And whereas copies of the said Gazette notification were made available to the concerned land owner by 21th August 2018. And whereas Bhubneshwar Mishra, Competent Authority Barauni (Bihar) has under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act submitted report to the Central Government; And whereas the Central Government, after considering the said report and on being satisfied that the said land is required for laying the pipeline, has decided to acquire right of user therein; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule appended to this notification is hereby acquired for laying the pipeline; And further, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 6 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby directs that the right of user in the said land for laying the pipeline shall, instead of vesting in the Central Government, vest on the date of publication of the declaration, in Indian Oil Corporation Limited, free from all encumbrances. No. 2799 dated the 11th October, 2017, issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), published in the Gazette of India dated the 16th December, 2017 the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule appended to that notification for the purpose of laying ‘Paradip-Haldia-Durgapur LPG Pipeline and its extension up to Patna and Muzaffarpur’ Pipeline Project’ for the transportation of Petroleum Products in Circle-Barhat, District-Banka in the state of Bihar by Indian Oil Corporation Limited; And whereas copies of the said Gazette notification were made available to the Concerned land owner by 3rd September 2018. And whereas Bhubneshwar Mishra, Competent Authority Barauni (Bihar) has under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act submitted report to the Central Government; And whereas the Central Government, after considering the said report and on being satisfied that the said land is required for laying the pipeline, has decided to acquire right of user therein; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule appended to this notification is hereby acquired for laying the pipeline; And further, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 6 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby directs that the right of user in the said land for laying the pipeline shall, instead of vesting in the Central Government, vest on the date of publication of the declaration, in Indian Oil Corporation Limited, free from all encumbrances. No. 2739(E) dated the 17th August, 2017, issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), published in the Gazette of India dated the 22th August, 2017 the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule appended to that notification for the purpose of laying ‘Paradip-Haldia-Durgapur LPG Pipeline and its extension up to Patna and Muzaffarpur’ Pipeline Project’ for the transportation of Petroleum Products in Circle-Shahkund, District-Bhagalpur in the state of Bihar by Indian Oil Corporation Limited; And whereas copies of the said Gazette notification were made available to the Concerned land owner by 12th December, 2017. And whereas Bhubneshwar Mishra, Competent Authority Barauni (Bihar) has under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act submitted report to the Central Government; And whereas the Central Government, after considering the said report and on being satisfied that the said land is required for laying the pipeline, has decided to acquire right of user therein; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule appended to this notification is hereby acquired for laying the pipeline; And further, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 6 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby directs that the right of user in the said land for laying the pipeline shall, instead of vesting in the Central Government, vest on the date of publication of the declaration, in Indian Oil Corporation Limited, free from all encumbrances.
