20इ की उप–िारा (1) द्वारा प्रितु िश्चक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक इससे उपाबद्ध अिुसूची म ें श्चवश्चिदरष्ट
भूश्चम पूवोक्त प्रयोजि के श्चलए अर्जात की जायेगी ।
यह और दक, केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त अश्चिश्चियम दक िारा 20इ की उप–िारा (2) के अिुसरण में यह और घोषणा करती
ह ैकी इस अश्चिसूचिा के राजपत्र में प्रकाश्चित होिे पर इससे उपाबद्ध अिुसूची में श्चवश्चिर्िष्टा भूश्चम सभी श्चवल्लंगमो से मुक्त होकर

NOTIFICATION
Jaipur, the 9th November, 2017
S.O. 3579(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Railways [North
Western Railway (Construction Organization)}, number S.O. 1919(E), Dated 12th June, 2017 published in Gazette of
India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) (hereinafter referred to as the said notification), under sub-section
(1) of section 20A of the Railway Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central
Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the schedule annexed to the said notification for
execution, maintenance, management and operation of Special Railway project namely “Jaipur – Ringus - Churu and
Sikar – Loharu gauge conversion” in the district of Sikar in the State of Rajasthan.
And whereas the substance of the said notification was published in daily local newspapers “Dainik Bhaskar”
dated 10.08.2017 and “Rajasthan Patrika” dated 05.08.2017 & 10.08.2017 and in The Times of India on dated
11.08.2017 under sub-section (4) of section 20 A of the said Act;
And, whereas, no objection has been received from any person by the competent authority.
And, whereas pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 20E of said Act, the competent authority has submitted its
report to Central Government.
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers
conferred by sub section (1) of Section 20E of the Railway Act, the Central Government hereby declared that the land
specified in the schedule annexed here to shall be acquired aforesaid purpose.
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of said Act, the Central Government hereby
declared that on publication of this notification in official Gazette, the and specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall
vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances.
