और, सक्षम प्राजधकारी को कोइ अक्षेप प्राप्त नहीं हुअ ह;ै
और, सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने ईक्त ऄजधजनयम कक धारा 20आ की ईप-धारा(1) के ऄनुसरण में, ऄपनी ररपोटा केन्द्रीय सरकार को
सौंप दी ह;ै
ऄत: ऄब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी से ईक्त ररपोटा के प्राप्त होने पर और रेल ऄजधजनयम, 1989 की धारा 20 आ की

NOTIFICATION
Jaipur, the 20th November, 2020
S.O. 4207(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Railways
[North Western Railway(Construction organization)], number S.O. 3804(E). dated 23rd October, 2020 published in
Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), issued
under Sub-Section (1) of section 20A of the Railways Act,1989(24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act),
the Central Government declared its intention to acquired the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said
notification for execution, maintenance, management and operation of Special Railway Project, namely,
“Bangurgram-Guria patch doubling(47Km)” in the stretch of land from KM 343/0 to 390/0 (between Bangurgram
– Guria Section) in the district of Ajmer in the state of Rajasthan
And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in daily local newspapers
―Danik Bhaskar” dated 04.11.2020 and ―Dainik Navjoyati” dated 05/11/2020 under Sub–Section (4) of section 20A
of the said Act;
And, whereas, no objection has been received by the competent authority;
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 20E of said Act; the competent authority has
submitted its report to Central Government;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority, and in exercise of the powers
conferred by subsection (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land
specified in the said Schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose,[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : ऄसाधारण 3
And, further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this notification in Official Gazette, the land specified in the Schedule annexed hereto
