And whereas the substance of the said notification was published in daily local newspapers “Dainik Bhaskar” dated 26.10.2019 and “Rajasthan Patrika” dated 26.10.2019 under sub-section (4) of section 20 A of the said Act; And, whereas, no objection has been received from any person by the competent authority. And, whereas pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 20E of said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to Central Government.¹Hkkx IIµ[k.M 3(ii)º Hkkjr dk jkti=k % vlk/kj.k 3 Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of Section 20E of the Railway Act, the Central Government hereby declared that the land specified in the schedule annexed here to shall be acquired aforesaid purpose. And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of said Act, the Central Government hereby declared that on publication of this notification in official Gazette, the land specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances.
