w lh@2015] vt; “kekZ] dk;Zdkjh fun”s kd ¼Hkfwe vkSj lqfo/kk,&a 1½ MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (RAILWAY BOARD) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 28th May, 2020 S.O. 1700(E).—Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Railways (Railway Board), number S.O. 198(E), dated the 10th January, 2020 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii), dated the 14th January, 2020 and issued under sub-section (1) of section 20 (A) of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the schedule annexed to the said notification for execution, maintenance, management and operation of the Special Railway Project namely, Western Dedicated Freight Corridor in the district of Thane in the State of Maharashtra; And whereas, the substance of the said notification has been published in the local daily newspapers namely, “The Indian Express”, dated the 30th January, 2020 and “Punya Nagari”, dated the 30th January, 2020 under sub-section (4) of section 20A of the said Act; And whereas, no objection was received by the Competent Authority; And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Competent Authority has submitted its report to the Central Government;
