Expected Outcomes / Impact of Changes:** * The intended outcome of this policy is to facilitate the acquisition of land necessary for the construction of the Sivok-Rangpo New Railway Project. This is intended to improve transportation infrastructure in the region, connecting Sivok and Rangpo by rail. The potential impact on affected landowners includes displacement and the loss of land ownership, although compensation is implied as part of the standard land acquisition process. **9. Conclusion:** The notification signifies a crucial step in the land acquisition process for the Sivok-Rangpo New Railway Project. By declaring the government's intention to acquire the specified land, free from encumbrances, the notification paves the way for the project's execution.
