iz'kklfud vf/kdkjh ¼fu-½ MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (Railway Board) (SOUTH EAST CENTRAL RAILWAY) NOTIFICATION Bilaspur, the 8th July, 2016 NOTIFICATION UNDER SECTION 20E OF THE RAILWAY ACT, 1989 S.O. 2396(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India, In the Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) number S.O. 3216 (E) , dated the 30th Nov. 2015, published in the Gazette of India (Extra-Ordinary) on dated 30.11.2015 Part-II section 3 sub section (ii) , hereinafter referred toas the said notification) under subsection (1) of 20A of the railway act,1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act),the central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the schedule annexed to the said notification for execution of Special Railway Project, namely Gevra Road to Pendra Road (121.7km) in the state of Chhattisgarh. And, whereas the substance of the said notification No. 2455 (E)was published in the daily Newspapers, Dainik Mittan (Hindi) Korba Edition and Nai Duniya (Hindi) Bilaspur Edition on 20.02.2016 under subsection (4) of section 20A of the said act.
