flag] fu0 csxiqj [kVkSyk] futh —f"k 274 0.1650 rg0 xqMxk¡ok] jktdqekj] eD[ku i=q x.k vkseizdk'k] josUnz dqekj iq= rstohj falg] fu0 HkksxiqjA [फा. सं. 2019/एलएमएल-II/12/2/ईसी/1004] अजय शमा(cid:8), काय(cid:8)कारी िनदशे क (भूिम एवं सुिवधाएं-1) MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (RAILWAY BOARD) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 2nd April, 2019 S.O. 1520(E).—Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Railways (Railway Board), number, S.O. 4789(E), dated the 07th September, 2018 published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) under sub-section (1) of section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for the purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of the Special Railway Project namely, Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridor Project, in the district of Bulandshahar in the State of Uttar Pradesh; And whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in the daily newspapers namely, Dainik Jagran dated the 29th September, 2018 and Amar Ujala dated the 29th September, 2018 under sub-section (4) of section 20A of the said Act; And whereas, no objections were received and the same has been considered and allowed by the competent authority and accordingly orders have been passed; And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government; Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20E of the Railways Act, 1989 the Central hereby declares that the lands specified in the Schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And further in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the Schedule annexed hereto shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances.
