और ईक्त ऄजधसूचना का सार ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 3क की ईपधारा (3) के ऄधीन सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा
स्ट्थानीय समाचार पत्र जहन्द्दस्ट्ु तान (जहन्द्दी संस्ट्करण ) ददनांक 11.09.2020 एव ं "The Times Of India" (ऄंग्रेिी संस्ट्करण )
ददनांक 10.09.2020 को प्रकाजित दकया गया था ।
और िो सिम प्राजधकारी के द्वारा प्राप्त अपजि पर जवचार दकया गया ह ैऔर ईसे जनस्ट्तार कर ददया गया ह।ै

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18th December, 2020
S.O. 4617(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and
Highways, Department of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 2805 (E) dated 18th August, 2020 published in Gazette
of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (II) of section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956)
(hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the
Schedule annexed to the said notification for Strengthening & Widening to 2 lane with paved shoulder from km. 142.050 to
167.465 of NH-120(Goh- Daudnagar) under NH Division Gaya in the State of Bihar.
And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in Hindustan (Hindi Version) dated
11.09. 2020and “The Time of India” (English Version) dated 10.09. 2020 Under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act.
And whereas objections have been received and the same have been considered and complied by the competent
authority;
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its
report to the Central Government;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by
the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said
Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares
that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the
Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
